Oil less than 1/4cup
Dates (khajur) 160g less sweet , 200g more sweetness
Curd 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Milk 1cup
Suji(semolina) 1 cup (grind it in mixergrinder)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Chopped almonds (optional)
Preheat oven 180°c for 10 mins & Bake at 180°c for 40 mins
