Everything is pretty straight forward, I used 2.5 bars of pressure.

Where are you located at? How much does it cost do rebuild the engine?

Thank you! We are located in WA state - Bellingham. Rebuild cost starts from 2.500$ depends on how bad the engine was.

I'm currently doing a swap on a 08 3.0l. Can't believe the bearings spun and destroyed the block at 93k. U should look into getting a bull guard for it.

It is, unfortunately. Long Oil change intervals do significant damage to the engine.
