@@userJohnSmithstill would be unfathomable in any developed country, even from a young broke actor. The concept of "medical debt" itself is unfathomable for most european countries.

And while there are many many arguments against and for our medical system (no rationing for instance) medical debt is generally small and easy to discharge. The horror stories of $10k+ bills are extraordinarily rare and more a result of people not trying to negotiate their bill.
@@userJohnSmith It is not just "eurocentric", its everywhere else, and it it not just one off big bills its everything. With US system medicine, doctors visits, ambulances and everything else are extremely expensive by comparison to other countries . Hope you don't get hurt while in between jobs(or try to start your own business), because most people's insurance is tied to their work and then, without insurance, you do get that huge bill. This is not some "leftist" take btw, find any conservative, even far right conservative, from any other developed nation and ask them to switch to what the US has and they will respond sounding like Bernie Sanders lol

I never get tired of people’s faces and reactions to Brennan sharing his experience on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Hank screaming “What?”, Matt Mercer derailing an adventuring party to hear the rest and pull up a photo of it on his phone, etc.
Do you know what adventuring party that happened in? I swear I’ve watched all the ones with Matt and have never seen that clip.

Easily the worst series on Dropout. Mercer can't help but to ruin everything he's a part of now. It's really sad to see his old works with so much soul, compared to his now very shallow, merchandise-forward writing
Did you "fans" know Mercer self-produced an entire 5 movie series? It was beloved by D&D fans (well before Strange Stuff brought the Posers) but it was a commercial failure. Despite actors from Game of Thrones working basically for free, Mercer buried the series, changed careers and made an illegal deal with Crawford and WotC (which is how the Hasbro "Blueprint" plan to remove the OGL started).
The fact that it almost sounds like he's doing the two truths and a lie game and then you're like "Oh wait no this is just a sequence of events that all happened back to back in his life wtf"
