    If you feel that you are not as strong as you used to, if you find it hard to rise from a seated position or even use the stairs, these are subtle and probable signs of muscle weakness that can lead to sarcopenia if not corrected. Check this video, it will guide you... this is vital for functional independence and your quality of life.
    I wish you well...I want you to be healthy and functional for the longest possible time.

    I am 92yrs old, stopped being active since Covid began, and as you know, use it or lose it. I am currently working on regaining leg strength and balance. I had been living at sea level and for the last 2 yrs at an altitude of 7,300 ft. which is making it difficult to breathe and walking an effort. I am grateful for your videos and thank you 🙏 caring and sharing. Namaste 🙏

      Wow Jerry, for both my YT channels combined, you are by far the only one who commented 90s. It is a great blessing right? With everything going on, not everybody is blessed with ageing.

    Yes Doc Cherry , I am 68 years old and I had noticed that somehow there's weakness in my muscles. I bike a lot and do walking around shops in the city as a form of exercise , window shopping or shopping. Thank you for this video Doc Cherry .

    Hi Doc Cherry Im 69yrs old and going 70 this August. Im taking Itorvastatin b4 20mg but my cardio reduces it to 10mg Avator Atorvastatin when I began to feel back shoulder pain.

    Thank you for your valuable guidance to take care of muscle.
    I have A qerry, I am a male, 70 years old, two.months ego I had done open heart . Bypass surgery for 4 blocks. I am recovering without any problem. I have lost weight around 12 kgs (from 63 kgs to 49 / 50 kgs). Now I have numbness in my legs especially in the left leg. During the surgery the vein has been taken from both legs / thighs for Bypass surgery.
    Can I use dumble to strengthen & to build my hand muscle.

      Hi Manoharakank-ju5bv, given the time of your bypass, the 4 blocks and your age, I would not suggest that you need to do it alone. Rather, I would encourage that you would be evaluated personally to ensure your safety since I cannot see you.
      Look for any Physiotherapy clinic near your place, including with strengthening would be aerobic exercises, part of what we call as cardiac rehab to monitor the maximal amOunt of energy that you can exert safely.

    Hello Doctor, I am 68 yours and lying on bed from last 5 years due to L4-L5, L5 -S1 slip disc bulge. I have very much Lower back pain. I can't walk more than 2 minutes and can't sit more than 10 minutes. I have no any pain in legs. I have burning and Needling sensation in feet. Taking Gabaneuron 300mg, Methycobal D
