That looks so delicious I'm going to make for the first time in my life. Although I'm from Scotland I've only eaten it in restaurants. Perhaps I'll call mine Scouse Balmoral chicken though eh!
i am absolutely making this soon, i've been craving it lately! two years ago i travelled all over scotland and ate this dish several times... it popped into my head the other day and after watching a few videos, this one looks like the one! (dunno where i'm going to find haggis in los angeles but i did find a recipe video simplified for the home using only chicken liver, i'll make that first...) THANKS!
Thats stunning one of my favourite method's on here and im gonna have a go at the whisky sauce but I wouldn't have mashed the neeps and tatties together I would have kept it separate and ditched the cabbage
Thanks I'm away to make this for my lassie 21st birthday as per her request, Your video is perfect and easy to follow thankyou. Decently like and now subscribe too your channel look forward to further dishes explained easy to follow 👍
all great and cooking it this evening although with wholegrain mustard....paring it with iron bru , just a joke I assume....a glass of pinot noir would go beautifully. Thanks

Great video, thanks for this, I’m doing a 3 course Burns night meal for 35 golfers next Wednesday & this has really helped.
I'm in the middle of preparing it :D yours look brilliant 🥰
I’m going to try it. It looks absolutely fantastic! All the best wishes from Torquay

Awesome.... is this the Stahly Quality Food haggis?? This is a great haggis.... love it.
looks fantastic...very clear and concise instructions...thanks.
That looks so good. Got to get myself a Chinese steamer x
Nicely done. What did you do with the rest of the whisky?
Lovely video, will make this weekend, thanks
Great recipe! Much Easier to heat the haggis in a microwave though... just put all the haggis in a bowl and ding it for a few minutes. et voila 👍🏻

Yep Angry Scotsman about that English mustard! Jk thumbed up cuz you done the dish justice.
Haha!! Thank you so much, I hope I did your amazing Country Justice.
fantastic job!
It's already cooked fud🫣🤔
Making this now. Thanks x ps could you use bourbon for this.
Hi Julie! You could use any spirit I guess. Bourbon would be delicious as a sauce!!
my only complaint is that there wasn't more on the plate!
How long did u boil the haggis for gonna make this tonight
What temperature was your oven?
Great recipe! Can you tell us the oven temp?
It doesn’t need an oven. All cooked on the hob 😊
@@denisearmstrong5490 the chef says 40 minutes in the oven 😯
Oooops missed that 😏
Looks great! Haggis is already cooked and only needs to be reheated so there was no point in doing that first stage.
U don’t have to cook it it’s already been cooked
Looks amazing but no to mashing the neeps’n’tatties together.
