Vs System where arcade boards that had slightly modified graphics from the NES counterparts and added features, for instance the winning screen and route screen on Excite Bike and Duck Hunt you can actually shoot the dog.

I didn't realize that Nintendo made so many Galaga and Space Invaders rip-offs. The Sherrif game looks like a rip-off of some other game of which I cannot remember the name.
Well, those came out back when they were just starting to make games. Still, it is quite odd for a company known for it's innovation. Radar Scope is especially bad. Everything about it is just so incredibly generic and boring. Nothing stands out.
Some of these are relatively unknown. I would have really liked Balloon Fight and Ice Climber has I seen them in arcades back in the day. I don't ever remember seeing a Vs. system though.

Killer instinct is Rareware, othello and technically Mario kart DX are Namco, Cruis'n USA is Midway. F-zero AX is the only Nintendo developed arcade game you mentioned, and even then the bulk of the work was done by the, now defunct, Amusement Vision branch of Sega iirc.

Thats a play 10 machine.I played it every single day in 1987 at the gas station across the street from my house was a dedicated Hogan’s alley machine.. it was based on an original dk cabinet colors..I was privileged my dad bought all 3 donkey Kong arcade machines.. When did the definition of arcade change? I grew up in arcades and by that I don't mean that I lived inside of arcade machines. An arcade is an establishment where you go to play arcade games, not the machines themselves. A real old school gamer would know that.
The name "arcade" has been truly bastardized now. Now you have a ton of places that call themselves an "arcade", but only have gambling machines in them.
Nintendo's made some great games over the years, but man...this list is _rough!_ The only decent entries here were things you'd arguably have wanted to just play at home on a NES (Excitebike, Super Mario, Punch Out, Dr. Mario). I mean maybe there were some arcades with a good competitive Dr. Mario scene, and that _absolutely_ would be a great reason to play it in the arcade vs. at home if you didn't have a bunch of skilled friends, but apart from that game in particular it feels like this list just doesn't deliver. I think 80s arcade games in general were significantly weaker than 90s ones, but if we stick to the 90s these Nintendo arcade games were up against stuff like Robotron, Spy Hunter, After Burner, 720, Final Fight, Outrun, and Gauntlet. Now undeniably Super Mario Bros was more impactful to the game industry as a whole than those arcade games I named, but when it came to arcades _specifically_ Super Mario was fairly irrelevant.

Gaelco's "Squash" It was very popular and common in spain. You can find the original pcb for less than 30 usd ;)

I love the Playchoice 10 games, and they run smoothly on the emulator as well. I still can't get the Nintendo Super System games to work yet tho
