This quote literally is the perfect way to describe disbelief.
All people grow angry, those who keep it suppressed the best will cause you the most pain. Anger's like water pressure in a dam, if it flows out it will hurt the town below, but if it holds pressure will build up until the dam breaks, and the town is destroyed. The more pressure that's built up, the more water (anger) that comes down upon the town (the target). Those with the highest tolerance do not lack rage, they hide it, never push them over if you care for your well being no matter how small or weak they seem, you never know if you'll live to see tomorrow after their snap.
