I believe 'togs' to be what New Zealanders call their swimwear, or they did when I was growing up there in the 1960s. When I moved to Australia I had to assimilate and talk about 'bathers' or 'speedos'. I'll never forget noticing two women walking along a beach in Australia both 'perving' on a male coming out the water and overhearing one say to the other: 'Men over 40 shouldn't wear speedos'. They are no longer the fashion with particularly younger males tending to wear long, board shorts.😢

My BMI is 20, I’ve been vegan for 3 years, have not gained weight in all this time, and I eat mostly carbs. That’s another thing, vegans tend to be the leanest of any dietary group, and they also eat mostly carbs. What’s most important is to eat whole foods with plenty of fiber, that’s it, then it doesn’t matter if it’s carbs or fats, so long as the fat is unsaturated and the carbs not refined. Have been watching you for about a week here. I'm from Scotland and I'm 58 and yes, I've changed a lot from my little pic here! The business about FASTING: yes, a fitness trainer in Edinburgh mentioned this, but not to rely on it - maybe one day/week and I've yet to go back to this. What I've noticed, since Lockdown, is many of my work colleagues and also myself have put on weight over the past 4-5 years. Between about 2011-2013 I was seeing remarkable results and was getting into 30" waist trousers and was getting really excited - even the vein running up the bicep was visible. Sadly, these days, that vein has gone! ASSES: have you any idea why it is that so many guys, who DO work out - both str8 and gay - want a huge, bulbous ass?! I say, for men, it should always be a bubble-butt. However, I realise I need to be 'flexible'. I love to see a good, tight, small ass on a guy. Is it anything to do with having more to grip onto when one is being, erm, 'pummelled'?! Is it anything to do with what WOMEN want? This business about people saying you're fat, is of course nonsense! You've obviously worked hard on your body, you're lean-toned and getting towards really muscular, you've got the cut-away at the hips, your chest is 'acceptable' and you're a great shape for what you're working on right now. If all guys could achieve this, I reckon our NHS would be far less busy - and it's essentially broken! Obesity's a big problem all over the world. You FAT? While you may not have a skinny "swimmers build" you are hardly fat! You look great! I'm guessing that I've been doing the intermittent fasting thing to some degree now for years. But I am one who absolutely MUST have breakfast or I virtually collapse by mid day. But I practically never have lunch. About 30% of the time I will have a very small mid day snack, but more often than not I just don't want to interrupt my day to eat. My dinners are usually small for 2 or 3 days, then a more "normal" size dinner for a day then back to small. I occasionally have a big dinner 2 or 3 times a month, but even at that, I never gorge myself as I hate the feeling of being overly full. Great video. BTW: I love the pink speedo. I respectfully disagree with your take on cardio only being needed twice weekly. Pretty much every expert agrees a minimum of three days a week is necessary to reap the benefits. Not just weight loss but improved mood, circulation, endurance, general health, etc. Love your other tips, though. Almost as much as I love you in a Speedo. 😀

I think open in long distance and normal is completely different thing. I feel like there’s only so much control a person can have over another person when they are physically apart. My personal opinion. I don’t know how long distance closed relationship can work especially with gay men that’s already exposed to so much sexual culture.

I'm a cyclist and yeah, it's pretty much 100% cardio. I've been wanting to get some muscle, just to be a bit stronger. But it's great for weight loss. I pretty much eat whatever I want, and just bike it off lol. People always seeing me eating candy and stuff and wonder how I am not in bad shape. Cycling! You can bike as a form of transportation or just for fun. Trying to eat healthier as well for better health. But people always tell me if you just cut out the candy I would be in even better shape. Nope, gotta have my candy! But I am reducing it and trying to eat healthier in general tho!
@@dzmitrysmelav3010 Depends, sometimes I go for a walk instead but I try to make sure that I walk for at least an hour or two. But sometimes I bike 10, 20+ miles a day. Sometimes I bike all day. I don't bike like it's the tour de france. So I count things in hours like I might bike for 4 hours. I also used to bike to this one job I used to have. 1 hour to work and 1 hour of course back. 5 days a week. And the job was pretty hands on physical too. I was in great shape!
I have cycled all my life. It's an important skill in cities that are hastily building cycling infrastructure but not many are flocking to mount bicycles and commute/travel and get fit simultaneously.

I think gay people for the most part have the need to look good so they can impress others. I'm a cyclist and yeah, it's pretty much 100% cardio. I've been wanting to get some muscle, just to be a bit stronger. But it's great for weight loss. I pretty much eat whatever I want, and just bike it off lol. People always seeing me eating candy and stuff and wonder how I am not in bad shape. Cycling! You can bike as a form of transportation or just for fun. Trying to eat healthier as well for better health. But people always tell me if you just cut out the candy I would be in even better shape. Nope, gotta have my candy! But I am reducing it and trying to eat healthier in general tho!
How many miles a day do you ride?
@@dzmitrysmelav3010 Depends, sometimes I go for a walk instead but I try to make sure that I walk for at least an hour or two. But sometimes I bike 10, 20+ miles a day. Sometimes I bike all day.
I don't bike like it's the tour de france. So I count things in hours like I might bike for 4 hours. I also used to bike to this one job I used to have. 1 hour to work and 1 hour of course back. 5 days a week. And the job was pretty hands on physical too. I was in great shape!
I have cycled all my life. It's an important skill in cities that are hastily building cycling infrastructure but not many are flocking to mount bicycles and commute/travel and get fit simultaneously.
