- Hello friends! In this video, we specially built a tandoor for this dish. We fried a huge piece of beef thigh in a tandoor for 7 hours. After that, the meat turned out very soft and juicy. This dish is considered a very expensive delicacy. If you are ever offered to try this dish, be sure to try it, you will not regret it! And as always, cook with us!

This man is Increadible, finds a spot in the ground, makes a home made oven/grill just wow and his food always looks delicious, and he feeds the kids in his village protect this man at all costs!

Your work ethic is unbelievable until you see it in action. I reckon your cameraman must have about the best job in the world with the almost unbelievable scope of the food that he must get to enjoy.
