    Honestly, all the switching to different video clips is very distracting, especially in such a short video. I LOVE the information you provide, but ironically, the near-constant switching from clip to clip is very aggravating to my already aggravated vata. Please consider a calmer, more peaceful approach. ❤❤❤

    Hello Yoga institute 🙏. By cooling body do you mean these Pranayamas will reduce body temperature ? Or just sense of cooling with no actual cooling ? Or cooling as of Pitta dosha ?
    If all of these is yes, do you have any physiological reason as to why that happens ? Thank you

      We mean that, during summers - pranayama and yoga keeps the body and mind cool inspite of the scorching heat. One can keep away from the restlessness of heat with pranayama and yoga

      @@theyogainstituteofficial this is generalized statement. Even in other seasons we can keep mind and body cool as well. I am looking for a specific answer. Does Sitali pranayama reduces body temperature ? Does sitali reduces oxygen consumption or reduces heart rate ? Physiologically what it does is what i asked for.. thank you 🙏

      Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2hrs after eating. Hope this helps.
