    "If you can't afford to live in Manhattan or Brooklyn..." Man, I remember when Brooklyn WAS affordable (before the '00s). I was born and raised in BK (Bed-Stuy). I've lived all over Queens: Richmond Hill, Springfield Gardens, Jamaica, Hollis, St. Albans, Ozone Park, SOUTH Ozone Park and now Flushing, Queens. I'm not surprised Flushing didn't make the list (too crowded and crime is on the rise). Just found your channel and subscribed.

      Thanks for watching and subscribing! I spent most of my life in Southeast (Northside) Queens. In Cambria Heights and Queens Village. Yes prices prices going up lol.

    Would you put Briarwood up there too? Right by the train and relatively cheap

      Bayside is a great neighborhood! At some point might vlog there lol. Yes nice and quiet area like central Queens not too far from Nassau County, The Bronx and Manhattan.

    Why the hell you didn't mention Staten island

      I mentioned Staten Island briefly at 1:04-1:05 when I was talking about the population ranking of the NYC boros

      @@cornelsmithrealestate that's the boro to live in outside of queens

      Staten Island isn’t a bad option. I think it depends on lifestyle. If you have to be/like being near Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey Staten Island isn’t a bad option. It is a bit far/some distance from Queens, The Bronx and Long Island lol

      @FlexHoliday 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@cornelsmithrealestate ok so, Bronx is far from queens and Brooklyn to and long island
