First time hearing of Nuzlocke for Destiny and this was awesome. Watched the whole thing in one sitting while grinding. I didn't think you were gonna get it done but long live the Sorcerer Supreme!
Another quick tip. This time about "oh this room" near the "end" of mission 3. You can jump up to the highest platforms in the back of the room (where the floating calus head is at). From up there almost nothing can hit you except for the taken bolts the guys in the center, near the radial mast, shoot that track you down. Simply shoot those and you're safe as can be, just bring lots of range and make sure to clear everything first before moving on to dunk the orbs. I also like to grab the orb then drop it and run back up top, clear the new spawns then dunk the orb. Then do the same for the 2nd orb. The hardest part of that room is the sheer number of mobs, but from up top nothing except a handful of mobs can even touch you so you are hella safe.

The last fight is so awesome and pretty much tougher than anything else in the game. And it was set up for strand only, you can use other subclasses but it will be tougher.
If you do Beyond Light you should do a “use what you get” run. So as the name states, any weapon that drops you automatically equip and have to use until something else comes along that replaces it, aka a weapon that is in the same slot. You can do this with armor as well if you’d like

an idea for a challenge like this is that you do the same 6 hours prep, maybe longer. and then after that you make 10 builds and save them in the load out section as thats similar with the layout to the party in pokemon, thought it would make more meaningful connection to the loadouts and lives

Crazy what a difference weapons can make.
My duo went from 15+ minutes fighting Calus with whatever we had, to 15 seconds with Bait and Switch GLs.
The last fight is so awesome and pretty much tougher than anything else in the game.
