It's cool how we can grow different species on one tree. Here in FL you can get one tree with orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit and tangerine on it.

Trinis at their best! Some of these mangoes I haven't heard about, but it's good to know they exist for my next foray home.
Hard work and determination pays off. Thanks for sharing!

I remember as a child, seeing Guabine fish in the drains. I never knew they grew big like that and are an edible delicacy. We are really never too old to learn. Amazing video!

You have strong young men walking around only wasting.their lives away. Look at this old gentle man. They should take a page from his book. I admire him so much .

Young people in Trinidad don't want to do farming. I am sure most of them wouldn't plant easy things like tomatoes and herbs.

My lower jaw almost hit the ground when he said he takes care of all 250+ mango trees by himself. I hope I am still able to climb the trees like him when I get to be his age. I never had the "box & spice" mango so I will look for it. The newest kind for me was "ice cream" mango someone was sharing on my last trip to Nylon Pool... I regret not asking where they got it because it's my new favourite.
