Insane prices. Just like Home Depot are selling half way converted Tiny Houses and half way converted sheds into Tiny Houses for insane prices.
THE POINT OF TINY HOMES IS YOU WANT TO BE DEPT FREE. I know that many people have done it themselves and it being cheaper than buying one pre-made.
Not sure I could live in one but wow! get a housed delivered, pretty crazy.

I thought I heard that too, LOL that would be a pretty Pimpin tiny house. That's exactly the kind of house Vladimir Putin would buy. A 67 million tiny house from Amazon. He put it in the backyard of his 147 billion mansion with a rare species of sheep that shits 22% pure gold mixed into their feces. That's great news right?! Well the thing is you have to wrap your lips around the sheeps a hole and swallow it. That's the only way to break it down.
Prices NEED TO BE LOWERED especially between 1,000 thousand to 5,000 thousand dollars.

These are sheds, houses have bathrooms.
I know right... And to Add a Bathroom will Double the Price... Or just use a Camping Toilet and take showers when it Rains... How about the 4rth one with the Bathroom Door leading to the Outside?? Could they have not made it so it Opens into say.... The Bedroom? .. Oh but you need to go to the Bathroom and Poop or Shower And in the Middle of the Night and it's -30 outside??? We Got you Covered! Some have bought it and did just that.. Made the Door lead into the bedroom OR Moved the Kitchen and put the Bathroom There and made the Bathroom a Closet.. Still $10,000 too much. No Insulation, Meant to be in Warmer Climates since the walls are only 3.5in Thick and the only thing between you and outside..

Of Coarse I just watched a Seller selling their "Ready to Move In" Kitchen and Bathroom are Installed only, No Furniture... 11 x 20 Single Bedroom for the AMAZING LOW PRICE OF $140,000! Built to Actual House Specs and Not Trailer Specs... Also seen those "Tiny House" on 8x16 Trailers being Built and Sold for Between $100,000-$200,000... Some Pretty Stupid People out there saying how they can't afford a Actual House buying this shit up to charge that much for what we Use to Use as a PLAY HOUSE.

I do enjoy the video, but I would beg to differ in that "tiny houses" have been around since the beginning of humankind and even more recently indigenous Native Americans not only had many versions of tiny houses, but they also have influenced the development of many tiny homes as did the colonizers who also built tiny homes and there were crews who reproduced homes in settlements, but I shall stop nerding out on tiny home history. The Amish also build cool tiny homes.... annnnd I'm done😆

The reason you don't understand the idea of a rooftop structure is because you don't live in a city. If you think Beverly Hills land costs a lot, try New York City. The idea is to squeeze as much out of your footprint as possible. Some people have created recreational buildings or guest houses on top of their flat roofs, and if possible a pool. By the way, a so-called flat roof is sloped a minimum of a quarter inch per lineal foot.

First One: NOT A HOUSE! That is a STORAGE/POOL SHED and Has NO Bathroom Or even a Kitchenette And Could Build One For Less than Half!
Second One: is More Acceptable But Still Has NO Bathroom so you would have to Add one on or Do your Shit Outside or at the Gas Station down the Road... Still Cost Too Much!
Third One: More Acceptable, Still NO Place for a Bathroom so again You would Need to Add On... Again, Costs Too Much.
Forth One: Acceptable Except for the Layout of the Bathroom. Having to go Outside to go Back into the Bathroom??? Drop it $10,000 and Rearrange the Layout... But Can't due to it being a PreCut Kit. Have/Has to build in a Warm Climate or you are going outside in -30 weather just to go to the Bathroom and also to take Showers... Yeah! Got to go to the Bathroom in the Middle of the Night.. In -30??? YEAH! Reverse the Layout and put Bathroom Door Into the Bedroom!
Fifth One: Acceptable but NEVER Available and still $10,000 Too Much!

And TO BUILD, even IF you have a Carpenter Do it is Under $20,000 Just for the Framing... Yeah I am Passionate about it.. Build it Yourself for Less. Take your Time and Learn as You go.. SAVE that $15,000 and More for Everything Else you need.

Camping Toilet and Showers.. Or Down the Road at the Gas Station... 4th has one with It's Door leading to the Outside and NOT into say, the Bedroom.. You have to take a shower or go Poop in the middle of the night in -30, we got you covered! And still $10,000 to much.
