Bad move by any manager, to automatically assume the worst of an employee when they encounter a problem! I know Steph has a bad history, but still... Rachel could've shown more support.
Steph was okay sometimes and stuck up for some students. I mean Steph wasn't nice towards Karla when Karla first started Waterloo Road. I don't think Steph really understood Karla's disabilities at first. It was only Eddie, Kim, Jack and Rachel understood Karla's needs.
@@thomaswinn6201 I was in special needs education so I don’t judge people to harshly for not understanding special needs people I think especially back then it was alien to a lot of people unless you have been round it
@@liamgillett9068 I've got special needs myself and I don't judge people to harshly either, just depends who the person is really. It depends how people treat me too. However, people are more accepting these days with people with austim and other disabilities. People are more accepting and understanding. I think everyone understood Karla's disabilities in the end with her asperger's syndrome.
Steph is a crap teacher, but nobody could get away with talking to a teacher like that lol, don't think you can completely blame her for that one. Although it would be frustrating knowing your French teacher can't teach french??
+Zoey Ro i know Steph was terrible(the character not Denise who played her) but Tasha shouldn't have gave her attitude in the French lesson. (She was eating crisps while being diabetic. I'm diabetic as well but i dont eat crisps all the time just a packet with my buttie or a few pringles)
@Zoey Ro I understand were you're coming from. Steph wasn't nice to Karla when she first started the school. I don't think Steph understood Karla's learning disabilities at first. 4:39 Lovely smiles from Paul and Bolton there!
5:12 Look at Karla, her reaction’s priceless. 😅
"The rest of you get into pairs and practice your oral!"
(MASSIVE CLASS UPROAR)
Big mistake, Steph Haydock!
Bolton’s reaction 😂😂

It turned out that Steph was right on this occasion, but it was a rarity. Rachel's reactions were unsurprising.
@@tariqkhader6196 in fairness to Rachel's defense Steph cant handle her class she is lazy really
Yeah but Shingles?! I'd have insisted on a doctors note 😂😂😂
Amazing video cant wait for the new season
God it’s like you are watching my viewing habits literally the last episode of Waterloo I watched
I don’t think Steph was as bad as people made her out to be by the kids and teachers

@@thomaswinn6201 yeah just took some time with her and I think people got her the staff and the pupils
She was terrible at being a teacher and working with kids, and sometimes acted like a spoilt child, but she had her heart in the right place.
Impressionant! There is no such French word as impressif.
Steph Haydock has always been a bad French teacher, as indicated by this episode.
Hey, she ate a French stick once.
