Causes of inflammation Allergies to food causing leaky gut is probably number 1 Dry scalp Poor biome Saying hair grease or creams is bad is someone trying to sell Natural hair products Didn’t know my long term hay fever tablets were saving my hair because I had allergic reaction to cheap bread crackers and kombucha
Too much sugar I read that too much sugar can trigger that inflammation in the scalp causing hair loss in some people it goes to the lungs causing asthma or the ovaries causing pcos It’s bigger than you think
I have psoriasis - always had thick hair but all of a sudden my hair started thinning very badly in one spot. It sucks! But def due to inflammation & auto immune disease.
I have been dealing with scalp inflammation for almost a decade. It is a bald spot on the crown of my scalp. The size of the spot was initially very big but I got it to decrease in size. As of now it is 2 inches in diameter. But its a stubborn spot to get hair to grow. My current regimen seems to be working for me and I'm grateful bc i want to wear my hair down and out. I used a medicated shampoo called Selsun blue to "cool down" my scalp. (Not on my wash day tho. I wash this spot a tad more frequently). Then I add aloe vera gel, my hair moisturizer, and an oil mix. Oil mix contains primarily grapeseed oil, basil&castor oil, texture id dry hair + scalp relief.
Good for you, I'm glad it has improved. I'm working on mine. Since most women seem to have this in the crown area of the head, I think that hooded hair dryers with the heat directed to the top of the head could be a causal Factor as well.
I hear that fasting could actually reverse this issue by not eating, in which the body goes through a hair shedding phase which replaces the damaged hair with new healthier hairs but it takes time to regrow so idk.
I lost my edges at a salon when a lady gave me a bad perm or kept it on too long. I was in 9th grade and I am now 30. The left side filled back in a little more than the right side but I hide it real well
I over processed a small section of my edges in my thirties. It filled in a little where I just looked like I had baby hair. One thing that awakened the dormant follicles was massaging my scalp
Eat Anti inflammatory foods, stay far away from sugar and sugary drinks soda, sweet tea ect. white bread, fried chicken , cheese and other dairy products. Take black seed oil, and rub some into the scalp, set 15-30 minutes then rinse. Eat plenty of cabbage, kale and other dark greens. If you need sugar, substitute with honey.
Ok now I am looking at the suffocation, so I guess that coming from not washing your hair to clear you scalp? I feel almost I need to use some type of astringent to keep the pore clear. smh! You spoke on tension but how do we prevent choking it to death
Yeah But why the hell doesn't it work or body hair which are unwanted ? We shave our face and see bumps (ugly) then after some time when it goes away a new devilish hair goes out (ugly)
I consistently used seamoss and other natural herbs that are antibacterial. Change up your diet for sure ! Keep in mind everyone has different problems so finding a solution takes some research and consulting with some professionals.
@Tee-Ahh-na Could be the type or brand of shampoo with sulfates? Most over the counter shampoos have inexpensive ingredients and sulfates that coat the hair and make it feel clean when wet, but once it dries feels hard and brittle, taking all the moisture out. Moisture shampoos can help. (KeraCare is a good brand) I don’t use a lot of shampoo myself and if I do, I dilute it with water and add aloe vera juice.
@@greene_te I use sulfate-free. But I’m going to try that method of fitting it and adding aloe Vera juice. Because what stunts my wash day is the shampoo process and it makes me wanna cry, but Thankyou for replying
I have found that most shampoos are just too much on my strands as well. Even the sulfate free ones. I use either ambunu or clays (bentonite or rhassoul) to cleanse my hair. They work so much better. I cleanse my scalp first with a apple cider mix first though. It kills bacteria and inflamation. I am suffering from fungal dermatitis on my scalp and it has worked wonders to clear up my scalp.
oh well then I'm fucked. I thought my hair might be able to grow back but if the inflammation has killed my hairfollicules then there is no way its gonna come back
Try dealing with your inflammation issue first and foremost. If you do so, the hair follicles that aren’t fully dead will come back, full force. You’ll be surprised how many hair follicle are still alive. They just need some relief.
My husband has had an inflamed scalp for 10 yrs. He's lost a lot of hair and each strand is getting so thin and tiny, and there are a lot less of them. This is whats been happening for years. We've tried switching many many shampoos etc. What can I do at this point? Soon he will have no hair on top of his head, and he's only 35. Will coconut oil be alright?
He has to change his diet. No sugar, no processed food, no Gluten!!! No gluten free beer or bread, etc. It's hard i know but I'm also going through this. Lost my hair, joint and muscle pain, skin rash, seasonal allergies, constipation& diarrhea, lost hair on my shinbone as well... ohhh and i got this grooves on my fingernails. I eat kimchi for my microbiome and stopped drinking alcohol to heal my leaky gut. Okay... I cheated on my own and had some vodka but now I'm done. Also I couldn't fell asleep and the brainfog was from another world. It takes some time for the first signs of healing and you realy have to be disciplined but it's worth. Good luck from Austria!!!

Go away, bot. 🙄😑
Causes of inflammation:
1. Creams
2. Tension
3. Suffocation
4. Heat
And autoimmune disorders which are under diagnosed and chronic and incurable
Causes of inflammation
Allergies to food causing leaky gut is probably number 1
Dry scalp
Poor biome
Saying hair grease or creams is bad is someone trying to sell
Natural hair products
Didn’t know my long term hay fever tablets were saving my hair because I had allergic reaction to cheap bread crackers and kombucha
Than you
What creams cause inflamation?
But mostly diet right! Yes autoimmune diseases and disorders are the main cause of inflammation in our bodies.
Insulin resistance/ diabetes is a silent killer for our community too! Thank you for this video!
I have insulin resistance. Is this why my hair keeps getting thinner?
yeah insulin resistance can cause inflammation
Too much sugar
I read that too much sugar can trigger that inflammation in the scalp causing hair loss in some people it goes to the lungs causing asthma or the ovaries causing pcos
It’s bigger than you think
Not that easy.
That's why I have inflammation, I'm going completely sugar free including white carbs.
That's right!
Yes, sugar is the main cause of fibroid.
Omg I didn’t know this!!!!

Congratlation, for how long you did it?
That’s crown alopecia. Very common

This was exceptional done sis! Great information and delivery!
Inflammation from inflammatory foods is also a big deal in hairloss.
What are some examples of inflammatory foods?
You can search it up for more specifics but sugary food, ultra processed foods like fast food are some inflammatory foods
Gluten
Auto immune diet
No Red meat, beef, and sugary foods. It is best to eat organic foods like chicken turkey n seafood and vegetables.
So what's the solution 😅
Scalp massage.
I saw Cardi talking about using onion on her hair and I’m like, Green Beauty has already put me on game sis. Thanks for all you do, much love 💕
“You need to adress za problem”
Straight to the point, thank you.
No lies were told. Lost so much hair due to inflammation and my scalp still hasn’t reverted back to “normal”.
Bro is your scalp visibly inflamed or not visible but it's there..
True, sometimes you can feel it and see it (that’s when its really bad), other times your scalp can look normal and it will still be inflamed
That is so helpful my hair has been falling out and I've been eating healthier and my hair is getting better 😮😊
Yeah my baldness start when I was like 12. Slowly progressing for 24 years. Now maybe I can do something about it
Thank you🖤
Any solutions to hair thinning? Does PCOS or fasting affect your edges as well?
So what can we do about it other than keeping tension off the area .’?
How can this inflammation be cured and kept from recurrng? Thanks

Yeah

Exactly. Why is it only on our scalps? I was just saying the other day why does ONLY my head hair fall out ? 😫😒😒

Can you talk about why (and maybe I am the only one) shampoo hardens my strands -as if it feels like wheat or straws ?
