The bass is coming from one of the oscillators in the Instruo Saich also. Signal chain for that osc’s v/oct input is Pam’s > Doepfer A-185-2 Precision Adder(pitching down that osc 2 octaves) > Saich.
Can the 1U stereo mixer that you have connect directly to the 1/4 inch outputs in the case? Or do you need to run it through your right most 1U module?
It can! The back panel output to the jacks wasn't working on mine, so I used the Outs module on the right to get there. But it should normally work directly from the back of the Stereo 1U Mixer to the 1/4 jacks.

Yes, there are 4 separate pitch inputs(one for each of the four oscillators), and one single output for all four voices together.
