If spring feels like the removal of a blanket of sadness, then It's probably okay to call it SAD, :p. I'm actually keeping ahead of SAD so far, which is rather a biggy, as I've known it to start rearing its dreary head in anticipation halfway September. This time last year I was waiting to be sectioned, with all the emotional (and chemical) chaos associated with such a thing. I'm inclined to believe that taking vitamin D supplements (as well as re-enforcing sunlight seeking behaviour) has helped provide fuel for the ability to not cave to SAD. Great to see you're not letting it keep you from putting stuff out! And thanks again for the inspiration!
As someone who's yet to be diagnosed of S.A.D. My general psychology in the winter dials up to another level of depression, especially when I don't do anything at all. I go to the gym, run occasionally and try to keep myself preoccupied as much as possible to move through the winter faster before spring comes around again.
@@Saraligaard Ah thank you Sara! I’m making a commitment to not let tiredness get in the way of life 🙏 there will always be an excuse for something, so I’m going to push through those mental barriers to stay consistent with the things which are HARD!
Your videos are great. I have a very close experience with what you went through, as a parent though, so am always looking for great content to give me some ammunition and your content is by far the best out there. Thank you for sharing you have no idea what it means and tbe difference it makes

What would you say is the difference between a bipolar depressive episode and going through SAD?
Thanks for sharing and making a video even though you are feeling exhausted
