the Virginia V was built in 1922 as the Seattle- West Vashon- Tacoma ferry, and is now the last steamship of the Puget Sound Mosquito Fleet. I took this film on a pretty crappy digital camera, so it looks older than it is. I just took it on a random afternoon when she was going out for a day trip. A better video I put together on the ship is this one ruclips.net/video/QegYPzfpL48/видео.html
Even if it's a crappy camera it's still better than the potato quality's i've seen around RUclips back in the day, I have only been on her for a dock tour but not a voyage, whatever the occasion it's still really fun to see ok Virginia V is still with us. I was at Seafair last year and she snuck up on me in Medina with her whistle.
Some history on the ship/film?
