  • I've always been obsessed with file size compression methods. Developments on this over the years have been astonishing!
    Grab the latest development version of PCSX2 from their buildbot:

    Download CUE2CHD:
    bit.ly/cue2chd
    Drop CUE2CHD into your roms folder and double-click. Then simply wait.
    CUE2CHD is built with chdman, property of MAMEdev and contributors. Further details on copyright are contained within the file.
    This file is compatible with a number of disc-based systems such as: Dreamcast, PS1, Sega Saturn and probably tons more I don't even know about provided the emulator (or core) supports it.

    also why didn't you run any games to show it works????

      They run exactly the same way as previously so I didn't see the need to for the sake of redundancy. That and most major disc-based console emulators already support this. I ended up saving 30gbs out of 80gbs so it is definitely worth it. And you can always convert them back if you decide it isn't for you. I suppose I should have included that in the video.
