The Doll Fairy is getting married! And in today’s video, I’m making painstakingly detailed custom dolls of myself and my husband-to-be for our wedding! Let’s do some semi-realistic repaints using Barbie sculpts, make a carefully tailored tuxedo, and my favorite part-sew a sparkly, lacy ball-gown-style wedding dress!

For the shoes: While I can understand being sad about cutting up vintage Barbie shoes, I think it's *very* special that the shoes came from your mother's own dolls. So making them into the wedding heels for your mini you? That's a beautiful transformation moment indeed!

Honestly best idea ever, right before your wedding you're doing an activity where to just stare and admire your future husband. Just sitting to yourself thinking about how amazing he is and hype yourself up to be married him and be with him for the rest of your life.

My husband and I saved a table setting from our reception that we have in our living room downstairs, and it's nice to have a visible reminder of the day somewhere you can see it regularly.
