This song was written in response to the Parkland shooting. Here in Australia we get sick of gun nuts telling us we're oppressed because we have strict gun laws. Our kids and teachers go to school without the fear a nut with guns.
The safest thing in Australia is the people.
I live in the outback, we have the Inland Taipan out here and it is widely regarded as the world’s most venomous snake. If you are bitten by one, just relax you will be dead in 30mins more or less
Verified deaths as a result of Inland Taipan bite is NONE!!!
Australia has restricted weapons (so you'd probably have to be in the army to get access to automatics), you can get a gun (not including automatics) but you have to learn about gun safety and keep them in a safe (along with having no criminal history). We are probably less restricted as the UK as our police do have guns and tasers.
Dont listen to the hype about “dangerous” Aussie flora and fauna, in reality 99% of people will never experience anything seriously dangerous, but it makes for great youtube videos.

@@DyceReactsWorld Fyi Magpies are probably the one dangerous animal that most Aussies will encounter and that is only when they are nesting as they protect their nests, you can find heaps of videos on youtube on this subject
If Australia was so dangerous then our death toll would be so high. There are more deaths of people fishing off rocks at the ocean than any of the rubbish that goes around trying to make you think you'll die as you step foot here.
