- In my quest of finding the best buy for buck when it comes to adventure motorcycles build in China , or motorcycles with engines build in China we are going to start the series with the Moto Morini X-Cape 650. Build in China , assembled in Italy and with an engine from CF Moto. Yes the company that build KTM and Yamaha engines. Brembo brakes , Bosch injection and ABS , Pirelli scorpion tires and Marzocchi suspension on a 7800€ motorcycle....
Good price , good value....so let's try it out.

Bought it last year and loooooove it
I have a 2016 Ducati multistrada 1200s and I just got this. I can say with out a doubt that for the price point it is amazing! Fit and finish is as good as the Ducati if not better. All panels are tight and there is no noise from any of them. The Navigation is simply amazing as well and the warranty is the best in the world. FYI spokes are stainless steel! Not even Ducati has that. I love it and is extremely reliable.
Does your Ducati work 6 years later? We all can assume it does perfectly good. Not sure about your new bike in 2029.

It’s a good day when smokey uploads keeping me excited to get back on a bike after my accident
GSA rider here. As soon as I saw the backlit controls, and before you even said anything, I was like "woah, that's nice!".
That 1290 though. I always do a bunch of mods to my bike in December snd usually take it apart and spend 2-3 weeks not riding it while it's disassembled and I'm adding all the goodies. Midway through the process when I go out and see everything everywhere with tools all over the place I always feel like it will never come back together properly and I'm gonna forget something and it's gonna break down on me. Hasn't happened yet, but I hate that feeling and your 1290 gave me that feeling. Good luck with it. I quite liked that wrap you had on it.

Hello Mr. Smokey, i'm from spain, i will be moving the BE in about 45 days, i take my f800gs with me, and i'm very interested on those roads that you test your bike, muddy... off roady... were do you find those? just look at one in the road and just take it? is legal? thank you.
My understanding is that the engine is identical to the Kawasaki versys 650 parallel twin engine.

Loving the Chinese bike content, many don't realize where they have come and how many of their beloved Brands sell them Chinese bikes with European/Japanese budges and price tags.

Saw one at the motorcycle show here in uk ..looks nice , pretty sure I’ll never own one ..but looks like China are taking on India (price point) and honestly I’d have this all day long instead of anything from RE .
Always enjoy your vids. As a Ducatista, my riding days will end if they ever move manufacturing to China. However, I’m guessing there’s a part or two on my bike that probably came from China.

Dont bUy a gopro if its not the 12 😂 i had the same problems, now the 12 with the mediamod all the glitches from the 8 till the 11th are gone. Funny bike for when you want to go offroad and dont wanna put allot of money in a offroad bike where you also can go for a realy nice roadtrip on.

It's a low cost bike and for some people that's great. Maybe for people who don't do a lot of miles
low cost bike is 20yo klr.
For that much money you can have proper new 5yo jap bike like super tenere, xt660z, or even new AT

Nothing about riding one of those things off road is fun , especially with luggage. Nothing!
I look at it as a challenge , I'm used to riding lighter offroad bikes like enduro 350 , so this is another challenge. It's like going on a 4x4 trip with your friends. If you get stuck you gotta figure out a way to get out :-)
Unfortunately, the company goes bankrupt every 10 years.
I think QJ650x is better than Moto morini
They are part of the Geely holding group. They also own Volvo , Lotus , Lync and Co and much more...pretty crazy 😅
