There was a guy across the street from my house who went to college in Athens Georgia in the late 70's... I was a few years younger, 14 or so. He came back from school during the holidays and he had these cassette tapes of the B-52s recorded in Athens nightclubs. My younger brother and I, all three of us, were dancing like manics in his bedroom listening to a cheap cassette player turned up to full volume and LOADED with distortion... We could not understand the words... But my GOD, the backbeat and vocals... This was one of the songs on the tape!

@@joshbarron3244 In Goodwill? Sure. Some are gonna be good, some are gonna be not what I'm into, but they can still be OK if I listen for long enough. Others are going to sound scratchy, and will only be good to cut up for use as a guitar pickguard or something like that.

People that don't like this EP have poor judgement. This is a very intelligent production by the band and David Byrne. Everything about this music and lyrics is brilliant and far out. It is very cosmic. B-52s are in my TOP 5 bands of all time.
