1 year MEDITATION experience

  • This is a quick review of my one year experience with meditation. If you’ve any questions please feel free to write them in the comment section I will try to get to you.
    //Short Description:
    Try to repeat the habit of short 5min. meditations. Repeating this is more important than the endurance of one single meditation. After a while you will know, how it should feel and what you need to focus on. The power lies in the habit.

    I meditated Everyday for two years straight but never noticed any positive benefits.
    Anyone else have a similar experience?

      I have been meditating atleast 20 minutes daily on an average but I feel nothing special.

    I've heard about bad side effects? Did something happens to you ?

      In generell meditating frequently is very healthy, even if only done 5min. sitting down. I have a much clearer, calmer mind after it and can recommend it definitely! Just don't do like 1 hour or more, it is enough to start with 5-20 mim. Frequency is much more important, for the best effects.
