North east line copied sengkang lrt and punggol lrt

Wdym, Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT wasn't copied by North-East Line, it's used for like connecting neighbourhoods along the two towns, Sengkang and Punggol, and the North-East Line is just to connect the two LRT's so it could be easier for people along the neighbourhood to take the train towards the Downtown Core with the MRT while connecting with most of the MRT Lines in Singapore.
