Amazing man, loved your review. First person to say that it won't hurt your back! 😅 I am a bit concerned over here... Although I feel like the other gimbals nowadays would be even heavier on your back because the lever of the sword-like gimbals places the weight sooo far in the front... I do a lot of sports shooting and action so filming while moving is essential to me and I was hoping to find someone doing similar things. I love that you ski with your rigs! Great video!! How did you record the audio for the mountain bike video?
Hey, great video, just one question. You said near the end that this should be a camera that you buy later and to have in your toolbox for when you need it. But I feel like that seems like a very small usecase for something you spend that much on. I'm considering buying this as a first cinema camera so I don't have to worry about buying a new gimbal or renting one for shoots for when and if I need it. Also the shoots I'm planning are mostly going to be entirely one man operations (for example, making use of the autofocus tracker when I'm shooting completely alone in the middle of nowhere). Do you think it makes sense to buy this as a first camera then?
Great video as always but what’s the mini tripod you are using? I’ve looked in your description and the kit you say you are using it’s a different mini tripod Thanks
Ha!! I grabbed the 9mm Laowa, too. My DJI 24mm & 50mm come tomorrow, so I am stoked!! Also found a great way to mount it on my 21 ft Proaim Alphabet crane, which will make for some great shots with the High Bright Remote monitor
@@PeterMakholm I mainly do agency commercial work. I film a lot on my RED Monstro, but ever since buying the 4D I've been using it more. It's become my A cam for a lot of things. I've rigged it up to use cinema lenses.

Best innovation from DJI!
What bag did you have it packed in?
I have it in the Nomatic Peter McKinnon travel bag.
Where can I find that tiny tripod you're using?
I want to buy it but it’s so expensive. I just can’t afford it(

Love it! But it’s too expensive 😟
4:18 what bag (brand and model) do you have in the video in which you put ronin 4d?
Was there ever an answer to this? Would love to know what bag that was
When you review zhiyun Crane m3 🙄🙄 I'm waiting for your video 🤕
not my cup of bourbon but i’m with the rest of them. appreciate your content and looking forward to more.
Thanks mate.
Is it the first of its kind? Gimbal and camera in one? Totally impressed with DJI technology
Looks very cool. What are the lens size limitations?
I don't know what the maximum weight and size is. But keep it as small as possible. I would invest in the DL lenses.
Dope video Pete... love to se more of how you shoot with the Ronin 4d
Thanks... Yse more are comming up in the following weeks.....
This has been very informative. It's definitely a game changer!
You 100% CAN HAVE THIS AS YOUR MAIN AND ONLY CAMERA. I do and it works great
Hi Tucker. Great to hear that you at using the Ronin 4D as your main camera. What kind of work do you do and what camera did you have before.

Why these 6K looks like 1080P
Probably YT compression.
Always appreciate your content
Thank you.....
Great post!! I'm curious, what happen when you change focal lenght on the tamron zoom? Do you need to rebalance or recalibrate the focus setting?
The gimbal can handle it but I have to re celebrate the Autofocus.
