This one was fun to make... it's rather silly.
I think of it as a spiritual successor to the previous pizza video.

As an italian i can say with confidence that pizza with cheese and pesto ( the green sause from basilico) is a common pick here.
I say extra cheese is a topping based purely on the fact that pizza places charge it as a topping.
Also barbeque sauce, chicken and rice sounds pretty good together. White rice is a pretty neutral flavor that goes with anything.
My favorite type of pizza uses barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce. It has cheese, grilled chicken, and onions on top. It’s pretty good.

The reason why cheese and sauce are considered toppings is because Pizza was originally just cheap flatbread till Queen Margarita came along and said "I'm about to start this man's whole career" and put toppings on there.

@@aryshandono3249 Depends on the person. I like it for the subtle flavor, and extra juiciness. Some people cant stand the flavor (or lack of), some don't like the texture, and others just don't like the idea of it and just join the "knock it and don't try it" train just because of how big it is. Honestly I don't obsess over people's opinions on food, but when they judge people based on their differing preferences, it just put's me on edge.
ESPECIALLY if they never try it and just assume everyone who likes it is gross.

As an italian, I confirm that cheese is a topping. Originally, pizza, created in Naples, had only tomato onto the base and most of the times fish as topping. Then, when Queen Margherita came to Naples in visit, they offered a pizza made especially for her, with mozzarella di bufala and some basilico leaves on it. And the Queen liked it so much that wanted the recipe so that the Savoia Court kitchen could replicate it in Turin. From there, the italians, knowing that their Queen used to eat it, started to make their own being simple and cheap to make - and they fell all in love with it. All for a simple "because the royals eats it", and from then, we all know what happened... so yeah. Mozzarella cheese is a topping.
Best pizza topping for me is chicken, way less greasy than pepperoni and i think it just tastes better

Because of this video, while I was eating pizza I dipped it in barbecue sauce. I’m aware it’s weird but I wanted to try it and I don’t regret it.
With the crust it was delicious most likely better than without, but when I tried it with the actual pizza it was disgusting. Don’t dip it in the actual pizza part, that’s the moral of the story.
