It would have broken their "visualizer" aesthetic, but I would have liked for Mitch to appear to be singing in the PIP (picture in picture). "Visualizer" seems to be short for "something moving, but not what you want."

I'm excited! 😃 "Messer" (aka Mitch) is finally getting the attention it deserves. ☺ If you love this, you will definitely like the side project "Superfruit" with Mitch and Scott. The music is terrific! Unfortunately, the two of them have put this chapter on hold, but it would be great if Superfruit is back in the channels! 🥰 I would be so grateful for that! My favorite song is the last one the two released "The Promise". It's very captivating and you can see and literally feel the connection between the two. Please react to this. 🙏🏻

Second thing (even knowing that there will be people who are angry with me): I have the feeling that that kind of musical style hides what Mitch can do with his voice. I don't know, I hear him with PTX and he is magnificent, but today he seemed "shy", perhaps too supported by the music. I'm sure there is something missing in those musical arrangements that makes him go to heaven. (sorry, sorry, sorry ... I don't want anyone to be mad at me!)
Keep in mind that EVERY Pentatonix member has done music in their solo recordings that are VERY different from Pentatonix. I applaud Mitch/Messer for going to a totally different style here. If he was doing music that was the same as PTX, that would be boring.
@@larrywt656 Oh I know! I don't mean that the music style is the same as PTX ... I find it great that each one records separately. They can do it, each one of them is fantastic. I just said that it seemed to me that this song hides Micht's vocal capacity.

I'm a bit confused, but admittedly I did not hear about Messer (which means "knife" in German, by the way) until today. The YT channel ruclips.net/user/MesserWeb exists since February 2011, but the videos are all recent? Did Mitch Grassi revive a venture he started more than 10 years ago?

Barry, I’ve not been online for awhile (my iPad went down) and I’ve missed you! I really love this song. I love Mitch/Messer, though I don’t understand everything he’s trying to communicate in his videos. The videos I’ve seen so far seem very dark to me, which is fine…I tend to be a dark person myself - but, I suffer from unremitting chronic Major Depression and I just have to be careful. Darkness - mine or someone else’s, can engulf me before I know it. His voice is his voice, whatever he is doing or singing - absolutely gorgeous. Love the melody of this song, too. You singing harmony with him was delightful. You have such a lovely voice yourself. I don’t know what it is necessarily, but listening to Mitch is always an emotional experience for me. Doesn’t matter if what he’s singing is upbeat or not. I just always feel emotional, vulnerable when he’s singing or I just see his face. It’s very strange. I feel kind of that way with you, too. I haven’t seen much from you either and yours was the first face I saw on RUclips and it just made me smile and my rather dark mood lift. Thank you to Mitch and thank you to you! You guys keep me going, that’s for sure.

I have been a PTX and Superfruit fan from their beginning. I loved the Superfruit channel because it was so funny and silly and revealed Scott and Mitch’s personalities. They used to have a segment at the end of their videos where they would talk about their song of the week, not theirs but from other artists, songs that they had obsessed about and listened to on repeat during the week. I always went to check those out. Scott was often into R&B, soul, pop... but Mitch was shocking me with his taste for music heavily on the techno side, I mean surprised me. Let’s face it, with a voice like his, he can sing whatever he wants. I really love to watch them all individually and, of course collectively. What talent and creativity! 🤗

I was on the phone with my sis-in-law when I got your notification. She asked me to come over tomorrow for dinner, and to help with her phone. She answered yes to some question and wiped out her icons and no longer receives notifications. I'm not sure what she did. I'm such a terrible person... I couldn't stop laughing. I said she's no longer allowed to answer yes to any questions without checking with me, her son, or Verizon. We both have Android phones so hopefully I can help. I'm an expert now at getting notifications to work!!🤣🤣🤣
No more eaten comments👍. I don't think it was YT that took out my comment. I've been seeing a lot of the spinning circle lately. I think it's my internet service provider. I have Verizon triple play (internet, TV and phone), and the service is just awful. I've tried several times to watch YT on the TV, but the picture just freezes. Sometimes when I'm having problems it says I'm connected but no internet service. Usually the signal is weak even though I'm not far from the modem. My digital frame often isn't working at all because it's not connected to the internet. My sis-in-law uses a different company and gets loads more channels in her package and none of the problems I've been having. I wanted to switch providers, but then I have so many devices that would have to be switched (printer, headphones, laptop, tablet, phone, digital frame, etc). Sorry for complaining... I'm just grumpy today!

@AnneMajdosz you have to be very careful just clicking yes on pop ups on your phone or devices, who knows what you’re agreeing to or making disappear. I’m sure you’ll be able to help.
If you call your provider and say you are going to leave the service because of technical issues I’m sure they’ll send someone out to help at your home but make sure to ask very bluntly… this is a FREE service? And if they say yes it’s free. Say just to confirm, I will NOT be charged for this visit or any work done?
all of the customer service phone calls are recorded ,so it’s important to state your expectations just in case you need to contact them again and take note of the date and time that you originally called. I and a guitar player that used to work in customer service and gave me a few insider tips.
As a paying, loyal customer you should be getting the full speeds and all of the benefits (such as tv channels) that you signed up for and if not, you have every right to complain. Did you know, that if your signal drops you are entitled to a free day or discount for a full day on your bill? Most people don’t know their consumer rights.
If your nephew was visiting or could come over I’m sure he’d set up all of the devices you listed for you if you changed to a better provider.

I think I’m going to have to push for my office space because the lousy cabin company have almost doubled the price of the model I was looking at. I’m hopeful that they are just doing a very common marketing trick of putting the price up to a silly number so they can put it on “sale" at the very same price it was a week ago and to the unknowing eye it would look like a fantastic deal. It is not worth what they are asking for it now and even if I won the lotto I wouldn’t pay that. I could buy an apartment in Spain for the price.
I know it’s awkward but I find it best to compose my replies to a comment on my notes app, because on there if the internet goes down it doesn’t mean that my comment disappears. I’ve had so many diamond encrusted masterpieces ( AKA comments) vanish on the tube because the page refreshed or the tube didn’t like a word or emoji that I used so I copy the comment I want to reply to and paste it into my notes as a reference so I can reply with ease and not have to pop back and forth to read the comment I’m replying to (if that makes sense)
The internet and the tube shouldn’t be working against us but sometimes that’s just what happens.

I think I’ve convinced myself to switch internet companies. I’ve had it! Just too many problems. Once it gets set up it will be a pleasure to use instead of a chore.
The bed. I’m still sleeping on the sofa. I find it very comfortable and my back is feeling better, so I think it was really time to replace my old bed. I’ve been checking stores online and reading reviews, and will go shopping probably this week.

Yes switch, look for the best deal and if the company you want to go with is expensive ask for a new customer deal/price.
I don’t want to encourage you to stay on the sofa but if it’s making your back better then maybe that’s not a bad idea. Are your knees worse since your sofa sleeping began? The reason I ask is because the sofa can force us to sleep on our side and that can put pressure on our knees. If your answer is yes, you should pop a cushion or pillow between your knees, it takes the pressure off of them and your hips.
Yes I’m still looking at places abroad, mainly Spain and Italy but I’ve also considered Dubai but that puts me back into the whole visa conundrum.
Yes I remember the place you’re talking about, that I gave you a link to the video. Want to know something spooky? I think about that place often and just a couple of days ago another video popped up of the very same property but this time with a nice British guy walking us through each room and the grounds. It’s still the same price if I recall correctly. If I had a bigger following I think I’d do what I said and invite my subscribers to stay (for free of course) once or so a year. If you’d like the link to that video I can post it.
We have a strange connection me and you. I’ve recently started asking to be reunited with the animals that have blessed our lives. I’ve always mentioned them in my prayers but recently I’ve been making a point to ask that they be there if I’m welcomed into heaven when I pass.
I believe they will be there mainly because animals are pure of heart but also if heaven is a place that is meant to be the perfect place for our souls/spirit to exist then it only makes sense that one of the biggest loves of our lives will be there to help make it a blissful place. So absolutely yes! I believe we’ll be reunited and for your lovely baby it will be like no time has passed because time doesn’t exist. It’s a wonderful thing to look forward to but let’s enjoy every second we have here first and feel comfort in knowing that never ending happiness will EVENTUALLY happen.

@@AnneMajdosz well then we have that in common, I think it’s my favourite too, just by my reaction, I couldn’t hide my happiness. I love a catchy song and I was also strangely proud of our Mitch. I wish more Pentaholics would support him on this. I preferred ABBA’s work to any of their solo stuff but I still relished hearing their voices on any recordings I could find.
I’m normally quite prolific in the summer when it comes to recording reactions but so far… nothing. I’m hoping I feel that push to get on camera soon. We don’t get much sunlight here in Ireland, so I should grab it while it’s available.

@Anne Majdosz what I’ve been going through for the last few years plays the biggest part in being drained of motivation but since Christmas I’ve been dealing with “the problem" I get rid of one, then within a couple of days another one pops up. So far this year I’ve had three “problems" and each takes months to rectify. I’m very cautious about posting or even uploading any new reactions in fear that I could receive two at once and at that moment that would total three and my channels would be removed. BUT that doesn’t and shouldn’t stop me from recording, editing and screening reactions to have ready to upload to the tube at a later stage. That is only possible by forgetting for a moment and putting on a brave face for the camera and that’s easier said than done.
The whole office thing has become such a pain in the rear that I don’t know when that will even start.
And the chance of me moving abroad? Well that’s just fantasy at the moment.
But, but, but and but… I need to do what I can at the moment to make the best of an uncomfortable situation because my channel being a success can open the doors that I want to have opened creatively (advertising contacts, writing and so on) and most of all their is an American visa for successful influencers so that is a huge incentive.
