  • Dr. Rowe shows how to safely self pop your lower back for instant pain relief.
This video will be broken into an EASY step-by-step guide that will show various exercises to self mobilize, release, or pop the low back.
They'll focus on improving mobility and decreasing soft tissue (muscle) tension which may lead to less pain, tightness, and better range of motion in the lower back, hips, and pelvis. You may experience relief within seconds.
As a bonus, these back stretching exercises can be done at home, pretty much ANYPLACE and ANYTIME! That way you'll be able to relieve pain and tightness in the lower back quickly, and get the pop or release you're looking for.
Watch now and learn how to pop your lower back in seconds!

I had terrible lower back pain for days. Everything was all very tense. Could hardly come out of bed and moving was a challenge. Tried all kinds of exercises from my physiotherapist, but nothing helped. Then I stumbled upon your channel and tried the foam roller tips. On the first try I actually heard audible cracks and pops (no pain though) in my lower back immediately. Got a bit dizzy for a seconds but then realized all the tension was gone and I could stand up with hardly any pain. Couldn’t believe it! Worked my way up my spine and some more pops. Now I’m walking around again. Feels like a miracle.
Massive thank you from the Netherlands!

I have tried everything. The absolute BEST way I've found is the dying cockroach. Lay flat on your back on a hard surface, bring your knees to your chest, then straighten your legs out and put your ankles together and slowly lower to the ground. You can sit there and do reps with legs fully extended, go really really slow and your back will realign. No twisting or muscle fatigue. Twisting really fatigues my lower back, hurts, and doesn't always release. It also helps build your core muscles so you don't have the issue as much.

I have a quick question! Can you help me in this situation I had for a year already? Back story: I was having a lot of pain on my back I felt like I needed a crack right there and then.. I asked my boyfriend at a drive thru to crack my back inside the car... Yeah I know that was stupid. I felt the crack go more inward on my right side it just felt like my right side of my back cracked but inward towards my spine.. Got MRI'S but they say "nothing is broken" so if nothing is broken that means I could do something to help my back pain right? another thing they mentioned about my back it is more straightened than curved and i do not know what that means. I just want to know what can I do to have a quick pain relief safely at home.. It hurts when I twist my body to the right more than the left, hurts when I lean my head back, turning right and looking down at my armpit left side.. have any idea? I think it could either be the trapezious or scapulae not too sure about the names but you'll know what I mean..

Try one of the other exercises that he demonstrates (the second one is sitting and the third one is lying flat ) You don’t have to do all of them, choose whichever is comfortable or accessible to you

None of these worked. Method 4 did something but it didn't want to pop. So it was stiff when I sat back up. As far as I can tell my pelvis is out of place

I had my bf lay on me and squeeze my hips with his legs meanwhile he stretched me pull up. My lower back instantly popped and was so amazing!
