I had terrible lower back pain for days. Everything was all very tense. Could hardly come out of bed and moving was a challenge. Tried all kinds of exercises from my physiotherapist, but nothing helped. Then I stumbled upon your channel and tried the foam roller tips. On the first try I actually heard audible cracks and pops (no pain though) in my lower back immediately. Got a bit dizzy for a seconds but then realized all the tension was gone and I could stand up with hardly any pain. Couldn’t believe it! Worked my way up my spine and some more pops. Now I’m walking around again. Feels like a miracle.
Massive thank you from the Netherlands!

This helped
I have tried everything. The absolute BEST way I've found is the dying cockroach. Lay flat on your back on a hard surface, bring your knees to your chest, then straighten your legs out and put your ankles together and slowly lower to the ground. You can sit there and do reps with legs fully extended, go really really slow and your back will realign. No twisting or muscle fatigue. Twisting really fatigues my lower back, hurts, and doesn't always release. It also helps build your core muscles so you don't have the issue as much.
I'm trying hard to picture this as I am REALLY interested. You gave a fantastic explanation...I just like pics to make sure I'm doing it right. Thank you!
Wow wooo w...wonderful doctorrrrrr

Hello,
Sacralization
is a condition where the base of your spine has fused to the top of your pelvis. Your bottom vertebra is called the F5 lumbar vertebra.
My son is 15 yrs old and was wondering how to go about releasing and or stretching that can be done to alleviate the spot?
Dr. Rowe, do you have any advice on what stretches or exercises to do for people with NDPH?
Hello! Thank you for sharing these tips. If number three, Method 3, always works for us, can you list what some of the causes might be?
Are these okay to do when I have spondylitis at L3? Do you have any suggestions regarding how to help it migrate posterior into place again ? Thanks for your videos and great instructions. They are all very hrlpful.
I have spinel compression and stenosis very painful any ideas thanks 🙏

Hallo! Is it possible to crack the entire back on our own?
Hello Dr.Rowe, I am a CNA. I have been one for 23 years. I am 55. And now I am having hip problems. My left hip gets a catching it, that almost takes me to the floor when I bend down, or turn a certain way. It stops me and I have to wait until the pain stop to move on. What can I do for it? I have took muscle relaxers, but it doesn't help.
So I was in a car wreck several years ago and my pelvis had a hairline crack and now I have to keep going back to the chiropractor monthly to get realigned because my one leg is shorter than the other until they repop it. What can I do to strengthen this so I don't have to keep going back because it's a lot of money and I can't afford it
Hi mate I just wanting to know is because my back is not straight I'm kind of leaning to my right side a little would these stretches help straighten it at all the pain is down the lower back and I have aye little trouble bending over sometimes like I'm an old man
Sir is it safe to do this stretches daily?
I have a quick question! Can you help me in this situation I had for a year already? Back story: I was having a lot of pain on my back I felt like I needed a crack right there and then.. I asked my boyfriend at a drive thru to crack my back inside the car... Yeah I know that was stupid. I felt the crack go more inward on my right side it just felt like my right side of my back cracked but inward towards my spine.. Got MRI'S but they say "nothing is broken" so if nothing is broken that means I could do something to help my back pain right? another thing they mentioned about my back it is more straightened than curved and i do not know what that means. I just want to know what can I do to have a quick pain relief safely at home.. It hurts when I twist my body to the right more than the left, hurts when I lean my head back, turning right and looking down at my armpit left side.. have any idea? I think it could either be the trapezious or scapulae not too sure about the names but you'll know what I mean..
Wonderful information. What would you recommend for major loss of strength in both hands?
Honestly I would ask your doc for a physical therapy referral, they helped me get so much of my muscle back.
Method 3 was pretty helpful. Still needs a pop but being g obese doesn't help much either. And I will hopefully get to goto the chiropractor via the VA.
My back pain is on the lower left side and recommendations
Go to the chiropractor
Hi Dr. Rowe. Do you have a solution for snapping hips? Is there a stretch or exercise we can do to fix it?
ruclips.net/video/6ro1HYh9lCo/видео.html
I got pinched nerve in my bonkus I purposely put a pistol magazine under the affected area while sleeping last night. I did the same driving to work, then used a tape measure while at work.😂
What if you can’t kneel?
Try one of the other exercises that he demonstrates (the second one is sitting and the third one is lying flat ) You don’t have to do all of them, choose whichever is comfortable or accessible to you
The self-pop feels great, but does it solve the actual programme Dr Rowe?
Does the foam roller is dangerous to the lower back with pressure?
I remember u said in another video to do it in 45 deegree angle , but maybe it was a different exercise
And of course thank you for the quality videos, you are helping me alot ❤
💖❤️💖❤️🙏❤️💖❤️💖
I can't do that...
None of these worked. Method 4 did something but it didn't want to pop. So it was stiff when I sat back up. As far as I can tell my pelvis is out of place
8:27 makes me sad I can't do that

I had my bf lay on me and squeeze my hips with his legs meanwhile he stretched me pull up. My lower back instantly popped and was so amazing!
It didn’t work for me it just hurt my inner hip😭
What if you have herniated disks L 4 L 5
