If they have car or truck or van or RV, they are not homeless because they travel and have roof and walls from rain, cold, snow, wind and hot and have stuffs alike a home on wheels. Homeless don’t have wheels to go and always walk on foot and carry on back limits stuffs you can carry also can you carry wife and kids on back ? Homeless sleep under stars and woke up by rain or cold or snow or get kick by police or snobby people. People live in vehicle, usually called nomads. How can homeless can afford to go to amusement parks and expensive foods in parks and gas and tires ? Have you seen homeless laying in big city and what are they doing ? Nothing but drugs or whiskey or collect cans in shopping carts.
@@RebelBama too many people live in vehicle in California. TOO MANY. So yes it is homeless. To living cheap in California is to living in vehicle. That’s why they can afford events, vacation and etc because they are on SSI. 4 of em have SSI. They don’t pay bills for place to live with electricity, water, gas and etc bills. Only they pay is gas for that RV, and Rv insurance that’s it. CHEAP. That’s why they are surviving because of CALIFORNIA TOO EXPENSIVE TO LIVE. Soooo they don’t have a house or place, right? It’s called homeless. If they have place to stay and using that RV for the vacation then they aren’t homeless.
@@blazeroranger not really, I’m planning to live in RV next year. I have SSD and have brand new travel trailer and modified 4x4 truck. I plan to travel USA for rest of my life. I don’t consider myself homeless because I have money. I have subscribed hearing nomads. They travel over the states not just stuck in California. If family has kids and homeless, what about CPS took kids away from parents because they have no home ? CPS didn’t do to them like Ultey family. I have subscribed-one family with about 4-5 years old daughter, parents drive 4Runner and pull turtle back trailer with roof top tent since daughter was baby. In California you see people have rv parked the street, probably they are protesting about the cost of living issues. Since California government do care or not ??? Plus homeless people laying on walk side, do they help them to get places ??? No they don’t care..
