Definitely have eaten sushi with my second pregnancy but no coffee. First pregnancy- I needed a cup of joe everyday lol.
Sometimes the risks outweigh the benefits and sometimes it’s the other way around 😆

Those pregnancy discomforts definitely can sap the excitement 😩
