  • How to cook choyxona pilaf? Pilaf is the most familiar dish of Uzbek cuisine, an expression of the hospitality and tolerance of our people, and it is a beauty of dinig table. At the 11th session of the UNESCO Committee, "Palov culture and traditions" was included in the Representative List as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. This is another international recognition of the rich culture of our people.
    We visited "The Choyxona", mix of Uzbek national cuisine and European cuisine restaurant. In the video we tried to show you how plov is cooked. Please enjoy watching.
