You know the home that will be built in its place will not be as well constructed nor have the quality of building materials. What they use in newer houses is so cheap
Thanks for taking us along with you! There were some very nice "FEATURES" to the house!!!! LOVED the Waynes Scotting and the Wallpaper in the Dining Room!!!! Also the Doors were nice, and they had a DECENT KITCHEN!!!! It's a shame about the Basement. Do you all know if they remove some things before they tear a place down?! I mean, it would make sense.
The previous owner had good taste! There were many very pretty things going on there. I really liked their choice for light fixtures and wainscotting. As to the mould, do a bit of research. Its mere presence won't get you sick. It has to be airborne to get into your lungs. If it's wet and stuck to surfaces, it's usually not much of a risk. However, that said, always be careful and watch out for your health.
Hope the cabinets in the kitchen are salvaged, craft made are good cabinets and the front entry door and side lights too. The landscape is beautiful too.
My guess is the taping of the window panes on the door was to discourage people from breaking the glass or to prevent breaking if it was moved. Cool video. Thanks
The shredded toilet paper looks like something my cat would do......soooo no cats around there, then maybe mice or rats......or racoon ...great explore there...Mr. Ontario.......thanks
Masks don't work, trust me. Been a worker in coal and drywall, no ordinary mask will keep out mold. Think about covid. They didn't work for that small of a molecule, how will it keep mold out?
13:50 The foyer floor is the only original construction showing in that one.
Thanks for the tour Ontario!
👍🤠

FIRST window upstairs was a😂 modern duel Payne window with usually argon gas in-between, very High energy efficient window.

What a nice house the one room upstairs with Winnie The Pooh was probably a little kids room or maybe a nursery.
That house was built after 2000. Glass stoves aren’t hard to clean. That’s a butcher block top on the island.
Show 👏🏻
❤ another at Stanley video
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Not much 1970's about this house.
I don't get why you don't wear a mask. Great video. Thanks
