- While not exciting, it is mission-critical to understand how to plead "standing" which is what gets you into federal court and keeps you in federal court.

You should be able to use these arguments against child support, the enforcement & the parents who use kids as pawns, power & a handout. Emotional, financial damages are major understatements.

What does it mean when its not publish? Does that mean that case cannot be used ?
Come on my friend, find an attorney for me to sue PRA, despite direct and indirect disputes they keep refreshing an alleged Cap1 card debt on all three major CRAs. I have letters, envelopes, cfpb responses, yet they have not tried to sue me since my demand for validation about three years ago.
Someone needs to challenge their coersion and disrupting my life. My only cards have 28% or so interest rates.
There has to be a precident for their repeated violations every month for several years.
There is no valid reason for them to keep a tradeline under collections with their name on it, they aren't a creditor! Im in Colorado fyi, but not needed for fed court.
Drawing attorneys in Colorado because Colorado courts are corrupt and they are the ones that are allowing the fraud on the court and these debt collectors to fuses I have been out trying to hook Colorado attorney general accountable I'm filing a complaint at CFPB... DEMANDING THAT THEY LOOK INTO THIS WHOLE CASE
