If you find you're constantly cleaning and tidying up, I recommend having a thorough declutter and being pretty brutal about it. Go through everything and decide if you actually need it, if you have duplicates or other things that would do the same job. Decide if it actually makes you happy or if it deep down it stresses you out that you constantly have to clean, tidy, and maintain said thing. Then once you've gone through everything, give it all a place in your home so it's easier to put away.
It might also help with your anxiety too! I know for me when I have too much stuff and clutter around me it makes my anxiety worse. I just did a spending challenge too which really helped me reevaluate when I actually need to buy something vs using something I already have that does a similar thing.

Iv been really struggling with anxitey and your videos help me get threw what I went threw recently my sister almost died in a car accident and they rushed her to truma at the emergancy room but she seurrived and only had a broken arm and needed stitches but one of her dogs died unfortally and her one dog survived thank you for getting me threw these hard times keep up the great work

Dani take vitamin d for sure! Vitamin D deficiency is so common especially during winter and can cause depression and anxiety. This is the first winter since I’ve lived in ny where I’ve really made it a daily habit and I’ve noticed such a difference. I like the vitamin d spray mykind for easy absorption.
I put a command hook on the back of my bedroom door for my robe. So convenient and out of the way. Also, you should read the bromance book club! I saw you had it in a previous vlog.

You're right!! The physiological reaction is the same!! Anxiety/panic attacks create the same reaction as say, riding a rollercoaster. The only difference is we perceive one as exciting and the other as dangerous. I always say "people pay good money to feel like I feel for free!!🤣❤
I think you’re trying to say “slushy” when you say “sludgy”. Slushy means wet sloppy snow. It’s hard to walk in and it will leave salt marks on a pair of Uggs
