I watched a Dr on youtube last week that said the majority of Canadians and Americans are vitamin D defficent. Not just in the winter. After watching that I started taking Vitamin D as well. Being low can cause depression, fatigue, hair loss, muscle pain and bone pain.
Also... the live show was great. Can't wait to see the next one.

Does anyone else get annoyed when influencers mention a brand they like but won't say what it is? You might work with them anyways and if you think its a great concept or idea wouldn't you share it with your "dan fam"? Just curious because thats when I lose respect for people who seem like they're just money hungry when they already get paid to talk about free stuff when some of us work 80 hours to afford rent. This is truly not a hit at Danielle; I'm sure she's a super sweet human, just sucks when it feels like everything has to be endorsed for them.

You eat sooo many eggs, which are very high in cholesterol. If your cholesterol is too high it increases your risk of heart disease. Not a doctor, but maybe switch the eggs for whites sometimes 😳
