Too much food in your video. If I travel to Hamburg, why should I eat Mediterranean food? Where is the beautiful city center, Eppendorf, Eimsbüttel, Stadtpark, Planten un Blomen, Oevelgoenne beach, Blankenese?
Hey @CNX Expat, thanks for the suggestions. Was in hamburg for a couple of days. Nowhere else did i find the Oevelgoenne beach mentioned as a spot to visit. On your suggestion, visited the beach Loved it. Thanks!
Some travel videos go easily in this direction, just like the Blond Abroad does, made for a particular group of travelers, people who travel for food. This should be a marked subcategory..
I don't get it. This lady covers the best part of Hamburg yet other youtubers get higher views via doing selfies. BTW, did she say not as good as New York?!!!
One of the best video I ever seen. Thanks so much give more information about this place. I travel many time Hamburg but still something left for explore.
The American girl is even trying to dress like a hanseatic Hamburg-girl at Isemarkt...😎 I was born and raised in Hamburg...😉, but moved to Berlin 6 years ago. I'd recommend going to Berlin and then take the ICE-train or Flixbus to Hamburg for a weekend (only a 2-3 hours ride). 3 days (port and partying on Reeperbahn) should be enough for Hamburg, whereas Berlin requires 2-3 weeks at least. It's a fine combination for foreign travellers.
Hamburg is definitely on my bucket list. I’ve heard so much about it. It’s a beautiful city and the architecture...❤️. Thanks for such an informative vlog.
Try fish roll (with herring and onions) instead of "Hipster Fusion Sushi Hamburg" food. Much more authentic. Labskaus is really good... even first time I saw it I thought somebody had vomitted on my plate. .. But really, I was hooked to it after first time.
From a local's point of view, there's not much to appreciate in Germany these days. But watching this video really makes me want to visit Hamburg again. Thank you for this great video!
Moin moin! Great video, unfortunately you forgot the beautiful waterlake 'Der alster' and 'Neuer Wall' awesome shopping street, places you must see... schöne grüße aus Hamburg 😉
I’m glad u enjoyed Hamburg I’m leaving tomorrow with very few photographs and very few positives It may be a nice city to live in but as a European city it falls below par for me I found it grim It wasn’t dirty ...just didn’t have personality Berlin is a grand city Munich ...too...not bad at all Hamburg for me is not a must-see city I guess the war took its toll here and it grew back as it had to...such a shame
Great presentation, great camera work, great info... but it was kind of hard to tell what you were saying half the time, even when you were speaking English... hope if you had a cold you get well soon
It always makes fun to see how foreigners see Germany. I would be very happy if a video comes from the Ruhrgebiet area. It is the largest metropolitan area, with 5 million inhabitants
Hamza Belattar It’s for German Standards expensive. But Cities like Berlin or Munich maybe more expensive. But it’s still cheaper than other westeuropean big Cities like Paris, London, Milan, Amsterdam...
She sounds so unworldly for somebody from NY. Potato Facts: Origins of the Potato The potato, from the perennial Solanum tuberosum, is the world’s fourth largest food crop, following rice, wheat, and maize. The Inca Indians in Peru were the first to cultivate potatoes around 8,000 BC to 5,000 B.C.
Hats off to your cameraman 👍🏻 because he has handled the camera like a pro 👌🏻
THANKS!!
Is "New York pizza" your standard? XD
weak!
The part where she complained about real pizza also killed it for me.
So triggered
Exactly
You covered the food fairly well, but forgot to show us Hamburg.

Seems legit. Also greetings from Hamburg. =)
Only half a minute is about St Pauli! Why is only 4% of the video about a city which is famous for its nightlife?!
I don't get it. This lady covers the best part of Hamburg yet other youtubers get higher views via doing selfies. BTW, did she say not as good as New York?!!!
Yes, Sarah said the pizza is not as good as New York haha
Yeah, like NYC of all places is the effin gold standard for pizza? Suggest you go to naples, gal?
I have been and I prefer NYC pizza!
@@SarahFunky you schould even try the pizza we bake in north italy. It's quite different from the pizza napoletana.

Have to see ads before the video then the video contains even more ads.
peru has different types of potatoes because that is where they are from, not corn
Which camera do you use?
All of the details are in the video description 😊
The peddal flushing is a good idea in the restrooms. Only seen that in Hamburg.

One day I will plan to go to Hamburg, better than NYC😊
Nice and useful video, without being tiring. You look elegant and smart. I have also booked on Tortue Hotel for July. 😊
