Yo StaleKracker. I love the idea of an Infinitiy 'Barrel'. I have an Infinity 'Bottle' I've been adding to and subtracting from for 5 years. I add to it when I get down to the bottom of a bottle with some left. This is an ongoing love for Bourbon/Whiskey. I enjoy watching your videos, very entertaining and educational. I've learned and laughed a lot. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Tip for you keep some dry ice near by to add every time to dump whiskey in so can keep a nitrogen blanket on the whiskey to keep it form oxidizing.
