It’s an desktop desoldering station.
CSI is the brand, model 474A+
I wouldn’t call it anything super fantastic, but it does the job.

Those are some low wattage resister your replacing the lamp driver resistors with. Should of been 5W ceramic resisters.

They are 0 ohm jumpers.
