but as always the legal framework guidance is there to be interpretated within reason and there is the standard of precedent. If judge goes in to hard and gives too many years his team will have grounds to appeal and shave years off so there is always some level of compromise.

Jessie Youles he should be set from trapping already. He’s 32, he should be no where near anything to do with trapping. This tells me he wasn’t smart with his money. If you’ve been trapping for 10+ years, you’ve done something wrong. Get in, hit your mark, and get out. Shouldn’t take more than 5 years
