Dude thank you SO much. I am really liking the trimui smart pro and I got really sad many of the ports dont seem to run. I got Axiom Verge and Gravity circuit working now :D

Really helpful tutorial. This is superb. Do you have one or are thinking in doing one about installing Pico 8 (in the Trimui SP)? As other people already mentioned, it was difficult at times to understand your directions bc of your voice volume and tone. I don’t think it is a microphone issue. I’m thinking you’re not too used to project your voice to an audience. It sound a little like you’re talking to yourself. Regardless, keep up the useful tutorials!

I'm unsure if it's the mic your using or the volume you're speaking at but I need to have everything turned up to max to understand anything you're saying. I think it would be worth it to speak louder and clearer.

Awesome video! Another suggestion is to have the background music lower. It was a little too loud and very repetitive. Nice job overall though!
Or simply turn down the background music (or better yet, turn it off altogether)
I know I'm currently working on ports too. I just got back into working on Portmaster Ports any hopefully I'll have some up and running soon. Right now I only have Mystik Belle running but I should have more ports coming if all things work out for me.
Let me know if you know of good resources to learn how to make ports, right now I just see patterns in the files for mono, xna and love engine games
@@retrolunchtime Yeah the Portmasters got various games running either based on whether it's Open-Source or what engine it runs in.

great trubleshooting knowledge, thank you very much! Do you have any experience with Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy? I can't get it to work properly. I have a small screen in the bottom left corner and when I save the settings to full screen the game quits.

Hey Elias, I can confirm that Shredders Revenge works. It took me a while but figured it out. You need to to go into the video folder in contents and make sure you you delete the intro videos. Chasm cannot get it to run. Runs in Jelos, Muos, Knulli flawlessly but on stock, I can't seem to pin it or it just doesn't work.

Portmaster is possible on stock firmware - can you make a guide on that please? Tomato will be redundant soon.
PortMaster is possible on stock too, I just had less luck getting it working consistently

Is Tomato OS required for Portmaster or can you just use thr firmware the Klops guy mentions on his TrimEx website?
I have the latest stock firmware and I'd like to just add Portmaster without Tomato. (heard stock has better performance) The firmware that Klops references in his website is slightly older than latest stock.

im on the lastest stock with portmaster + some emus from tomato!!
kloptops PortMaster works with the latest stock firmware by placing the TrimUI.portmaster.zip file on the root and unpacking the TrimUI_EX into the root of the SD card. I didn’t use it because I had less luck getting it to work consistently

Hey! Hope all is well and great channel! How did you get Panzer Paladin to run? I am on tomato OS with the hot fix1 patch and can't get it working. Any suggestions? Appreciate the help!
With the 0.0.0.2d release of PortMaster for stock os, it just worked for me. But check the launch script to see if it has that |& line which the stock shell cannot handle

@@CP-to5nx yes, check near the end the video when I fix gravity circuit. You have to replace those lines with equivalent lines using 2>1& |
Also plug the failing lines into chatgpt or bing chat with the request to replace |& and it should spit out the correct line

How do you search for game titles on epic games? On my right there is no option to filter game titles:(

Tomato is battery life any downside comparison with the original 1.04😅
stardew valley wont launch for me i put all files where they go and its the compatability version
I would rather have written instructions as some steps in the video seem redundant - e.g. copying the gravity circuit exe to the card and only to delete it immediately.
