I've watched you awhile back, 2015 infact. You just popped into my mind now, and I just wanted to say thank you. You probably get this a lot but I really mean it.
I subscribed to you because I was a total mess and needed something to not only relate to, but depend on and seek advice from. I unsubbed mid or early 2016 (sorry) because I was finally getting back on my feet again, honestly I guess it was my way of moving forward and going onto new things. I just realised I never said thank you, or that you're such an amazing person taking your time to connect with not only your subscribers but passers too. So, genuinely - Thank You
This really helped out, thanks so much. Visualising each breath gave me a physical thing to focus on
Also wanted to mention..When I find myself in a situation like this and I am majorly over thinking, usually at work. I will tend to do little things like, click my pen a couple of times, or make sure both of my feet are touching the ground, sometimes if I am sitting cross legged it makes me feel more tense. And I make sure I am aware of my surroundings rather than restricting myself to a certain view getting anxious - I also find it useful visualising the room as though it's a space in my mind where I can think for myself without obstacles getting in the way. I have little coping mechanisms :) This is great - to do beforehand, thank you.

I feel it in my eyes. Tense pressure in my eyes is the first place I feel anxiety. Eye contact is really hard during social anxiety

This didn't help my social anxiety but thanks anyways. Breathing in works for regular anxiety but not for social anxiety which need to be cognitively processed to overcome.
It would be great to see a video on how to deal with negative people :) (Y) !
