Instant anxiety relief. It's incredible to me how much of an impact sound has on me. I'm a highly sensitive person and it's strangely painful to sit through unwanted noise, especially when you're trying to quiet your mind.
Hi Kerrie, thanks for the feedback! So glad you are finding some anxiety relief with our videos. As someone who has also struggled with these same issues I understand what you mean. It is the whole reason I started creating soundscapes for myself which ultimately led to starting this channel to help others after I found it so helpful for myself. Happy listening !! 💜

I completely agree with you. I listen to this same video every night while sleeping, during meditation, and in moments where I simply need to find a center and relax. Glad you find it helpful! Happy listening 💜
You are quite welcome! Green Noise does the same thing for me. Instantly quieting the distractions bouncing around in my head as well as environmental sounds outside of my control. I use it every night for sleeping as well as throughout the day when I really need to focus. So happy you find it helpful, it makes all the effort worth it !! Thanks for the kind words. Thank you so much for this! It has helped me so much at work with sensory issues. With my headphones on and this at a very low volume, I can actually focus on my work without having to process all of the random noises and conversations going on around me.
You are incredibly welcome Jane. So glad it is helping you!! I know exactly what you mean. When I used to work in an office environment, listening to soft noise so I could block out all the gossip and distractions was my secret weapon. I was able to maintain my focus pretty much as long as I listened. It really does work wonders! Thanks for the feedback. Happy listening and good luck at work! 💜😃

This is the best one. I get into flow State so much easier, I wonder how some people do work listening to music. So interesting that so many people listen to this and experience the relaxation of intensive thoughts.
So happy knowing you find the video helpful Hope! We are currently working on guided meditation videos that incorporate binaural beats and are having incredible results so far. We are currently in the testing and tweaking stage where we monitor listener's brainwaves on an EEG machine to really dial in the exact frequencies needed to achieve flow state. Keep an eye out for those to start being released shortly. Thank you for the feedback. Happy Listening!! 💜🙏
This is supremely helpful. The video I slept to before just didn't quite work right. This green noise, which is less chaotic and hissy as well as far more natural, knocks me out damn near instantly
So glad you find it helpful. I have experimented with a lot of different noise and varying forms of sound and this Green Noise video is actually the one I use every night as well. It really does work instantly. Happy listening !! 💜🙏
@Akasha Sounds you have no clue how much this helps. I have major insomnia since my brain never shuts up at night, but this helps drown out the noise and lets me fall asleep and most importantly, stay asleep and sleep well. This is genuinely amazing!

Interesting that you don't find it soothing, most people find running water and blowing wind ideal for sleeping. What have you found that works for you?
@@akashasounds I'm not the person who originally posted this, but I can relate. I want to find this soothing but I think I have reactive tinnitus from being exposed to high pitched sounds in substandard housing. what do you have for reactive tinnitus? I'm guessing that's why fans wind etc aren't as pleasant masks as they would be in regular tinnitus.
@@KitC916 Hello Kit. Sorry to hear you are dealing with reactive tinnitus, that is a very uncomfortable situation. Do you happen to know what frequency range triggers your tinnitus by any chance? It seems most people have issues with the higher frequencies around 12kHz. If yours is also in this higher register of sound it would make sense why the standard varieties of soft noise may not be helpful for you as all of them include various levels of high frequency content. If you can provide me with more info about the frequencies that trigger your condition I should be able to make a custom filter that avoids those while still masking the other frequencies. If you do not know the problem frequencies then I can create a custom filter based on the standard RT profile. Hopefully one of those could provide you with comfort. Let me know about your problem frequencies if you have defined them and I'll see what we can do to help.
I'm the only one who hear faint talking on the background? 👀 I tried different green noise vids, and in every one of them I hear something like that, but always different. In one it was like recording of old radio-translation with male voice that vaguely sound German, now it's like people talking in shopping mall or something...
This is a phenomenon I experience sometimes with my HEPA filter. It's a thing your brain does when it's trying to fill in perceived gaps in what it's hearing.
This is true Green Noise. All of the different colors of noise have specific mathematical formulas, you can find them on Wikipedia if you are interested. Most of the videos on RUclips that claim to be Green Noise simply are not. You can see this very clearly when analyzing those videos using spectrograms or frequency analyzers. This video is pure genuine Green Noise. Hope that helps. Happy listening !!

Hello Nichole. When channels advertise a video as "no ads" there are indeed no ads during the actual content once it begins. Ads during the video would distract from listening. Ads placed at the beginning are there to help us pay for tools, time, talent necessary to create these videos we offer for free to the public.
Hello Mark. This could be due to your playback system/device or even your listening environment if you are using speakers and cannot discern the difference. Try comparing the two with any decent pair of headphones/earphones and you should be able to distinguish between the two. Happy listening! 💜
