had the MT1 for about a week - sounds great with my Ace Pro at 100% gain on the mic about as good as my old Pico Mics with my S5II at about 70%b on the mics. The floor noise isn't terrible - I appreciate the small size and weight of the whole kit. I just use it under my shirt, so only the magnet is showing and I find that I get away without having to use the wind muff and aside from the orange logo, it's not an eyesore. I wish they sold colored magnet packs with no logo so you could wear with any color top
@@photorabz thanks for this response. I think I will go with Hollyland for my mobile or action cam usage. Since I have Pocket 3 with Dji Mic 2 already, I shall get Hollyland as secondary recording.
Nice comparison. I have Lark m2 and i find the audio has a little latency, when monitoring via CAMERA receiver. How is the latency on Godox Magic Xt1. Explaining my complain. Im intend to use on a acoustic guitar live, so i cant have any latency. Thanks!
Tx for the comment. Though to be honest i cant find any difference in latency..and i can't measure it. I like the hollyland lark m2 but the godox seems more convenient in all aspects
I was waiting for this video for a while!
Hope i helped you

That would be great
Hi @deeharris8567, please point to the Ace Pro cage/case to use with the MT1. Thanks.
The Lark is pretty plug and play with iOS and Android devices with the phone adapters. Is the Magic XT1 also?
Magic isnt like that :(

@photorabz, I have an Insta360 Ace Pro action camera. How can we use the Godox Magic XT1 with it?
Sure with the audio adapter from insta360 any 3.5mm trs cable can work
@@photorabz I already bought the audio adapter and a 3.5mm TRS cable but I'm wondering what cage or case we can use with it
I am not using a cage, just the insta360 L adapter plate with it's magnetic quick release

Thanks for the video, one small niggle….It’s Holly (Ho-Lee) not Holy (Hoe-Lee) 😉
Hehe maybe. Thx anyway much appreciated
My advice - take a little less time to get to the meat of your video
Thank you
