Not only does Pau sing and play drums, she also controls the backing track/click track they use on stage. So, she is the stage general. And off stage, most of the song composition starts with her coming up with some lyrics, the beat, and sometimes the main riff. All three of them participate int he composition process and contribute pretty-much equally on balance. But each of them has composed complete songs. Usually Pau creates while at a piano, or she uses a midi keyboard plugged into her laptop. All three of them are gifted musicians but I think Pau is the spark plug of their creativity as a band. And she is a lycial genius with what she can do in a second language. I think that is what has always amazed me about The Warning. They have deep, meaningful lyrics and have been composing great songs since they were teens (in Ale's case she was still a child when she started writing music).

You guys have stumbled onto the best possible rabbit hole.
Everyone is initially attracted to the drummer Pau because of her sass and drumming excellence. She has a beautiful soulful voice and will sing lead while beating the hell out of her drums and sings most of their ballads (the song 23 for example).
Don’t overlook Dany. Dany is the lead singer/guitarist. She has a great vocal range and her vocal belts are outstanding (the song Choke). She can shred on the guitar (the song Z) but choses only to solo when it fits the song and she does have the most beautiful melodic solos. Some refer to her as Dany Gilmour.
Last but certainly not least is the bassist Ale. She is the youngest and an introvert. She sings mostly backing vocals but will sing lead occasionally (the songs Red Hands never Fade or Hunter) if Dany needs a break and she also generally sings a bit lower in scale to Pau with a sultry smokey tone to her voice unless she is using her angelic falsetto.
Ale may be the best overall musician of the sisters. She plays her bass with incredible accuracy every performance and is considered one of the best young bass players in the genre. She is a featured artist for Spector Bass.
Ale is also a human metronome and has perfect pitch recognition. Her sisters also recognize her as the most accomplished piano player of the family and all 3 are classically trained.
I would highly recommend the Teatro Metropolitan concert as a showcase of how amazing they are live and it’s pro shot and mixed and reactors don’t have copyright issues with it.

It was June 2015 when I first discovered The Warning by way of their “Enter Sandman” cover, the one you were looking at. I knew right from the start that these young ladies were something very special and I started to binge watch literally everything I could find from them, which was very little back then. I can honestly say I have not missed a single day since then in which I have watched or listened to something of their journey.
In my nearly 64 years of life I have never been so into a band. I joined their Patreon page within the first hour of its creation and have been saying for many years now, that they would one day be recognized world wide. I fully expect them to eventually gain the status of the greatest power trio of all time, selling out the biggest venues, arenas and stadiums. They will, without doubt, end up being invited to headline the most prestigious music festivals in the world.
To date I have had the great honor of meeting them via meet and greets twice, as well as enjoying their performances live. Even this early in their careers they are by far the best live band I have ever seen, and believe me, I have many of the greats in my time. It is an experience I suggest all who love music of any form to do if at all possible.
I believe they will single-handedly bring rock music back to main stream status. I say this because I personally know of several people who have never liked rock music, or even considered listening to it, end up liking and following The Warning. They truly are as special as I originally thought 8 plus years ago when I was first introduced to them via their fathers RUclips videos.
If you continue down this rabbit hole I guarantee you will not be disappointed as they have 47 original songs in their collection, being found in 3 full albums, 1 EP and two stand alone singles plus a reimagined rendition of Metallicas Enter Sandman, created as a collaboration with Canadian pop star Alessia Cara exclusively for Metallicas BlackList album. Choose any one of their song and you will quickly discover they seem incapable of putting out a bad song. “You have been warned!”
    LONG LIVE THE VILLARREAL SISTERS!

Daniela (Dany) -guitar and most lead vocals, age 23 today. Paulina(Pau) - drums and some lead vocals, 21. Alejandra (Ale) -bass,18.
This extended play stage was prerecorded on the Friday before the awards show. Only a couple 1 minute clips were shown on the Tuesday broadcast. Fortunately the full songs were posted online. They played 2 songs, the other being More.
The live concert I think you are talking about is Teatro metropolitan CDMX 2022. All the songs from that show are worth checking out. I would suggest Disciple from there to start, Dany and Pau sing co- lead.

This is the best live performance of Evolve ever by the band. Yes Theatro Metropolitain is so good, but this is better imo. So glad you reacted to this live performance. That scream by Pau (the drummer) is known by the fans as "The Scream of Destruction". Would be cool to react to their 'Enter Sandman' cover as kids, then do their latest cover of that song and see how far they progressed. Their latest version of Enter Sandman is so different, but oh so good. Another good reaction would be their TedX talk from 2017 in which they did 3 songs. Look up TedX 2017 on youtube and it will pop up.

Great choice. This performance is top notch for this Band. They were on Fire. Hope you continue to react to more of their stuff. As for their names, You can call the lead singer Dany (Daniela), she's 23, Call the Drummer Pau (Paulina, Pau, pronounced Pow) and she is 21, and call the Bass player Ale (Alejandra, Ale, pronounced Ah-lay) and she is 18. These sisters will Rock your face off. I would suggest "Dust to Dust" live at Teatro Metropolitan if you want to see the Drummer sing lead on a cool song.

    NOW IT WAS RELEASED!!
Words are not enough to describe the emotion produced by witnessing this event that will remain one of the most important milestones in the TW timeline.
I hope to see many reactions from you to my favorite band of all time.
To do this, the best thing would be to recommend that you both react to something with the same energy that you have just experienced and this would be something from "Live at Teatro Metropólitan CDMX" such as:
"Disciple", "Queen Of The Murder Scene", " Animosity", "Dull Knives (Cut Better)", "Z", "Money" or "Dust to Dust", in this one Pau, the drummer, is the leader vocal.
But in fact any song you choose will be correct because with TW you will never be disappointed.

Great reaction! That was very enjoyable. Evolve has been the song to close out their shows for a good while now, and I'm sure you can see why. Extremely high energy to go out with a bang. They are one of the rare bands that sound better live, and they kill it every single time. They did their first European Tour earlier this year, and every festival they played at has already invited them back next year. They stood out so much that even Wacken Open Air (biggest metal festival in the world) took notice and invited them for next year.
Anyway, if you want to be even more impressed with Pau, I suggest you react to either Dust To Dust or Narcisista at the Teatro Metropolitan next. Narcisista is in Spanish, but her performance is amazing! Or if you want to experience a "softer" side to the band, she also sings lead on 23 and Revenant at the same concert. Disciple and Survive (or any of their songs really) are also good choices. Looking forward to the next one!

Dany (guitar/lead vocals) started off years ago with stage presence beyond her years and now she's matured into this fierce frontwoman that any band would love having. And of course the key to this song is the bass breakdown by Ale - love the part where Dany and Ale are stalking each other. Hopefully this VMA performance introduces them to a whole new audience.

Three Days Grace had Dany sing Painkiller with them when TW opened for TDG in Canada. Then, when they were both at two festivals in Germany (Rock am Ring and Rock im Park), they brought her back.

Welcome aboard The Warning Express! For your own safety while traveling down this Rabbit hole, Please wear your seatbelt's and keep your hands inside the windows at all times. 🚂⚡⚡
As I mentioned in your MORE reaction, the early viral video of Enter Sandman, is perfect to get to see them starting out. Then do the official video that they did for Metallica's Blacklist LP, then their live Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert version. You will see 75% of their total time span as a band with those 3 videos, and watch them evolve, in front of your eyes. It might be a longer video for you than your used too, but the rewards from it, make up for it.

Great reaction guys. If you do go back, i would suggest you do a three for 1 reaction. The ladies did a straight up cover in 2014, which went viral and essentially launched their career. Then in 2021, they released the official video for the re-arranged version of Enter Sandman that they did for the Metallica Blacklist album to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Black album. They collaborated with an Emmy award winning singer, Alessia Cara on that. Then the version that they do live at Teatro Metropolitan on their own is a grittier, rockier take on the studio version of the Blacklist cut, since Alessia Cara can't tour with them. There is one video of The Warning performing at the Troubadour in L.A., when Alessia joined them onstage to perform with the song with DPA. You might check that one out on your own time.
I subscribed after your first foray into The Warning. I am along to watch you go down The Warning rabbit hole.

All their music videos are well produced and entertaining, but they are best enjoyed as a live band. A fan put together a sequential playlist of all the Blu-ray quality clips from their legendary 2022 performances at the Teatro Metroplitan in Mexico City. It includes all the songs from their latest album ERROR plus highlights from their previous two albums and their Blacklist version of Enter Sandman. Lots of variety and no filler - ruclips.net/p/PLVJLlyTsgzsagBKPKlKNKt6W62rMbyjsQ

The guy singing along was one of only a couple of fans in the crowd, otherwise the band was pretty much unknown. This was their second song, and during the first Dany spotted the enthusiastic fan in the crowd and asked that he be brought to the front. He later made a video telling his story. As you can see they converted that whole room into fans by the end of that song.
There are a lot of great songs to check out, going all the way back to when Ale was 8 or 9, but I think a great early starting place is their 3 song performance at TedX in 2017 when they were 12, 15, and 17. In between songs they gave little speeches. It serves as a good introduction to the band, and they are just hitting their stride and showing their true potential as songwriters and performers. And Pau (POW!) is on fire behind those drums.

Great reaction - this was The Warning's best performance to date, on the biggest (viewers) stage so far! Seeing their original cover of Enter Sandman is a good next step, to see their early days, then their complete remake of Enter Sandman would follow. Up to you whether you wish to see the remake of Enter Sandman via the music video or the live version from Teatro Metropolitan -- or both!

Great reaction. Subbed cause you guys are hysterical and you’re reacting to my favorite band. That’s saying a lot since I’ve been rocking out all the way back to when The Beatles arrived in the US. Hang on tight cause right now you are at the start of a roller coaster, taking that slow ride to the top. You’ve gotten your feet wet with More and Evolve, but you have no idea of the twists and turns that lie ahead. This is your warning - this band is highly addictive. There are no weak songs. I have been following them now for about 4 years, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been genuinely surprised by one of their songs or performances. Martirio is my favorite, but you’ll often hear fans say the their favorite song by The Warning is the one they just heard! Enjoy the ride. We’ll be with you all the way. ✌️❤️🔥

Everyone from The Warning Army (TWA) showed up so now it's up to the two of you "boomers" (more on that later) to enjoy this exciting trio. Many have already posted some background and bio info, but once you get a taste of the sound and attitude of Dany. Pau and Ale, you will want "More". Plus, you get the bonus of having TWA sub to your channel. The Warning do have a distinctive hard rock sound and some quite interesting nuances that have drawn in many over the years.
Now, about "boomers": Late Millennials/Gen Z younger folks have the opportunity to really make a strong impact on our world. Using existing terms to apply to anyone over 30, or believing it's so creative for an "influencer" to use a word to describe something that is already well defined is not the best use of social media. Not knowing or asking for your ages, I could potentially be around you parents ages, and I'm not even a Boomer by definition. Early Gen X (late 1960's), so don't get offended that you hear the offspring calling you boomer, nor give up on them growing into a great generation.

    Rabbit Hole Level unlocked 🔓
Definitely do at least two Enter Sandman videos starting with the older one when Ale was by far the smallest and playing mistake free bass at 9.
Yeah Pau (POW!) is a badass always, drawing praise from Kirk Hammett for her drumming at 12.
Dany melts your face off at 14 on guitar and does a credible Hetfeld grimace while killing on vocals.

Their live version of the MV More is on this show too I think it's better live a lot more heavy they kill it. It's best to do the 2014 as kids then the recent Teatro Met live show 08/29/22 version of Enter Sandman back to back. Probably the best way to break in on this rabbit hole which is tons of fun.
