It's my time..opting for vrs at 46 from govt sector job..my last day of work is Nov17. Still many friends think i am crazy to leave..but I am done with burnout mental health issues and physical ailments..I have already reached the threshold of saturation and exhaustion.. already a zombie..but now want to live my life well.. happy n peacefully.. Working since 21 for 24.5 years in a job i hated just for the sake of the parents expectations and as a ticket to marriage

I calculated if someone have 4 crore rupees he can live his whole life decently without doing any job in future just by interest from 4 crore
@@ravindersinghsingh859 I also agree with the figure, given I dont have many expenses. But the plan is to keep doing some work even after achieving this figure. Personally, I will scale my small consulting firm which I have started as a side hustle. 🙂

@@RajatK91 Brother, I work in a Consulting Company, ,so keep changing my location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi.... but I have a flexible working environment, so spend time in my hometown also, which is a Tier 3 City.
very nice vedio , we r working in Govt jobs but we should know our body mental n soul health while doing the job , it's deteriorating day by day , but when u leave the with having good amount u can spend on yourself otherwise we are fool no 1 that after collecting 50 to 1 crore at the age of 60 we are leaving the job and our health is totally finished , so what to do with that money, so we should leave job at 52 with peace of mind so that with that money we can enjoy rest of life for ourselves, job is for others , leaving it is for ourselves,

Eagerly waiting for 2nd video, Don'ts while leaving the job & go for new things. And its true prosperity on mental, wealth & spiritual level only comes up with maturity( Cold Blood ) because sustainability to carry forward new things is directly proportional to experiences.

You are right sir. In private sector 45 is the age where one start thinking of leaving job and start something else.
Current situation is that even if you are from IIT and remain in technical roles, you may reach a age of 50 till which you may retain your job, after that you are at the mercy of the psychophant or more management savvy junior who will be more valuable to the management. It is a very late realization for me..... unfortunately things will be even difficult for future "Naukars".

If you want to leave nokri, you can go for it at least 10 yrs after looking promoton and annual increament for pensionary benefits.
Under NPS an employee can get pension if he has put 10 yrs service on attaing pensionable age.
