Girl had a great team because they had to struggle on their journey which bonded them and created beautiful moments. Now Girl has a team that is all taken care off. New kids are rippers and all, but I don't think it's a great team anymore, more like it's a great company with a big smile on the cover. I guess it's a natural progression of a skate company that lives this long.
