Crashing and cruising around Risca Bike Park

The perfect example of why we wear full face helmets. A trail I've ridden hundreds of times before suddenly bites me in the face due to a quick lapse in concentration. Nevertheless, no injuries and I was pootling along again after straightening my bars. Safety first kids!

Thanks! A momentary lapse in concentration is all it takes. Aye, the Fap entrance is always tricky, but it’s a bit chewed up and was extra slippery on those roots yesterday after the weekend’s rain
