It's really interesting how certain chips in conjunction can feel like the most powerful thing ever, but then if you don't get the right combinations they're really weak. A fully set up pearl drone with a bunch of lucky items can make it so you barely have to fight enemies yourself because pearl will do it all for you, but even just missing one piece of the puzzle can make the chips feel wasted. Poison ink + sticky ink is super strong, but then if you hit a run without any ink saving chips it can be a huge struggle to get enough ink on the floor in the first place.
i actually found mobile ink recovery to be a extremely good on splatling, especially if you have a bit of run/swim speed and the mid-charge ability, it lets you essentially shoot forever with almost no downtime (i also had maxed splatling barrage, maxed quick charge, and a few charge hold chips as well, it was honestly insane)
Sounds good until you realize there is no way to increase firerate on splatling, so you probably seriously struggled against crowds unless you used the damage multiplier hack.
Just depends on if you can get enough run speed. Even on the builds where you don't have crazy mobility, you will always be moving at least a bit, so it's never a dead perk.
Explosion size + explosion damage chips also increase the damage and size of the explosion when enemy spawners are splatted and inkstrikes, by the way!
If you stack a ton of Ink Saver sub alongside a Splat or Suction Bomb, you can even use the explosion buffs well enough to forgo your main weapon and carpet bomb most floors
I did a shot spread reduction max run on the brella. Honestly made things alot harder than it needed to be. The weapon could hardly paint the floor. But hey my brella was pretty much shooting slugs instead of buckshot Also you can have both brella cooldown and no launch brella at the same time. One doesnt cancel the other
It is kind of a waste having both though, since then it needs to be broken by the enemy instead of you releasing it. Feel like when I played that was never an issue
12:14 You can have both at the same time. With both at the same time your shield regenerates after being broken faster and the shield gets the locked effect as well
A chip I wish they did was extra shot. Basically, it adds an extra shot it the Stringer or Slosher. It'll allow us to make the Grizzco Stringer or just a really overpowered Slosher. It also could have made the Charger into Snipewriter. I can't be the only one who wanted to make the Grizzco Stringer or just the multi-shot weapons.
I would definitely put splash radius and piercing higher, probably up to S and X respectively. Splash radius affects more than just sub weapons: most of the specials have some sort of explosion including inkstrike and booyah bomb, lucky bombs, and also enemies that explode when splatted are all affected. Piercing is great for horde clearing to hit multiple enemies at once, but also allows you to paint the ground behind/underneath as the attack goes through the enemy to hit the floor. This combos well with poison ink and hindrance damage, but also makes you charge your special WAY faster while fighting. I agree that more than 1-2 piercing is probably not necessary but just 1 can do a lot for you.
@@Tempest193A-S tier in my opinion. Your main weapon is generally less effective against crowds than your sub weapon anyway, but its still neat to just have.
I disagree with splash radius, that chip impacts so much, destroying portals, several enemy types, loads of subs and specials, lucky bombs, and my favorite, the blaster!
Yes and if you max it out some of the portals explosions will be large enough to hit the other portals, plus it can boost you’re sub, pearls bombs, and if I’m not mistaken lucky bombs and the tri-stringer explosion.
Nope, doesn’t boost tri-stringer explosions :/ Side note: with splash radius, in addition to the explosion can reach other portals, combined with splash damage, you can get some devistating chain reactions that can clear some portal levels practically instantly
One thing I really love about Side Order is the amount synergy potential everything has with everything else. It not only adds a lot of variety to the builds you can make but also lets weaker chips still be impactful in the right builds. Overall, the devs really knocked it out of the park with this DLC’s design.
Charger really is the best weapon when going through a one color palette run too. If you manage to get full quick charge then you'll have all your shots charged instantly. Pair that up with splat recovery, ink hinderance and homing shots and nothing will get close to you. You just need to look in an enemies general direction to destroy them. You can completely wash the final boss in less than a minute easily. With full hax you can manage about 900-1000 prlz a run depending on if you can acquire a full or near full palette.
For me personally, No Launch Brella was more of a hindrance than a buff, as I found it quite useful to launch the Brella Canopy as a quick getaway as a pseudo Curling Bomb. But when I got the No Launch Brella I no longer had that easy getaway option. …perhaps it’s just because I’m a Tent main and I’m used to launching my Canopy all the time.
As someone who used to main undercover, the brella shield does not do enough damage to compensate the hindrance of not using other abilities 😭. Tho i only got that chip twice in my numerous run... which is a shame bc i had maxed firing speed once and was curious what it'd look like to have a buffed undercover 😂
One of my favorite builds is monochrome mobility on brush, the rush attack + mobile special charge + moving ink speed with ultra stamp absolutely deletes everything, plus stamp protects you
The one thing I disagree with is main piercing. Just one chip literally doubles your damage in any instance with two or more Jelletons (which is virtually every difficult encounter). Slotting in more obviously has diminishing returns, and it's basically useless on charger, but getting one improves every other weapon's damage output by SO much
I completely agree. One thing to note is that the damage decreases after passing through an enemy so it's not quite double, but even with that in mind the damage increase is still crazy. Easily my favorite chip.
Max Lucky Chain honestly might be the most underrated ability, people tend to MASSIVELY underestimate just how much a good lucky chain increases your chances for everything. It's by _far_ the most important chip to have in a lucky run
One thing I appreciate about Swim Speed is that one chip can help you move out of the way if your armor gets broken. It's especially helpful if your armor gets broken. And hackless armor recovery is 12 seconds. That's agony and anything that makes that pain easier is something I appreciate. As for the Undercover Brella mode, I don't like it. It fundamentally messes on how I use that weapon. Plus, I'd rather have the shield open to protect myself without necessarily firing it.
Mobile Special Charge can be really insane with some specials, especially when a few are stacked, where you can just play your special sometimes with you being able to get it every couple of seconds. Probably not X tier, since you probably want to stack it a little (and usefulness will depend on your special), but being able to do something like Booyah Bomb, or Splashdown every 2-5 seconds can easily break the game.
You're wildly underrating piercing. One rank of piercing is essentially double damage on most of the weapons that can get it, plus other side effects like blaster and stringer getting direct + explosion.
having all the splash radius ones actually goes crazy especially on the floors of defeating enemie orbs cuz those explosions increase aswell and can cause a chain reaction to others if they are close enough. Also triple inkstrike is insane against the rotating tower thing because every blast hits all the layers so you can beat it with 2 triple inkstrike specials.
I feel as tho pearl ink mine is actually the best. It may not do a lot of damage, but it places a mine directly underneath you, if you are in a situation when there are a bunch of jelletons chasing you, the ink mine will explode and knock them back. And it’s extremely cheap and goes so well with splash radius.
I think Splash Radius/Damage scales incredibly well, though I suppose since you skip vending machines in your hackless runs it's less good since you can't swap to more favorable subs or specials. They also buff Lucky Bombs too!
It's every explosion too, so explosion from enemies or base exploding counts in that too. I had a run I was just throwing bomb and everything died instantly with lucky bomb finishing the stragglers.
I feel like in any run, hackless or otherwise, splash damage and radius should be X rank. But I guess in the context of a run where you're never allowing yourself to change your sub or special to something that can better take advantage, i could see it being just A. Though i feel like in that case sound wave damage should be even lower, since it means unless you go blaster or stringer it will never buff anything other than pearl's killer wail.
I hope you consider reranking the pearl drone abilities and some of the drone gauge chips since you rarely encountered them in your hackless run! Great video as always!
3:01 Pearl drone items are acually OP if you max it uot, I did a pearl drone color chips run and I maxxed out tge drone items and I couldnt die because of all the items I got(I had the Splat drone gauge so thats ehy the meter was filling so fast)
my biggest disagreement here is the placement of Piercing. Charger is the only weapon that DOESN'T need it. Being able to hit multiple targets with one bullet lets you clear out crowds so much faster. IMO it's a better version of fire rate
Super interesting and informative! I have not gone into hackless runs as you, but I have completed side order with all weapons, all perfect palletes, all upgrades maxxed, all hacks purchased, all cipher shop items purchased, and have 9999 pirlz. Also have done hackless for a couple weapons but nowhere as near as dedicated to it as you! Some things I noticed were that when hackless all you really have for drone is killer wail and splat bomb... and to be honest I'd pick splat bomb every time (UNLESS I was doing a sound wave damage build with a wavebreaker weapon.) With hacks though, inkstrike absolutely DESTROYS and is easily the best pearl drone upgrade. I never really thought much about main range in any of my runs writing it as completely useless outside of the splatzone maps that have you going across the whole stage to splat the sprinker guys. Interestingly enough I would theoretically think on hackless main range is useless because your dps is too low to actually keep enemies at range. But if you hold it to so high regard I'll definitely give it a shot in the future! As a thanks for the main range tip I'll give you a couple that may come in handy in your own runs: 1. Turf Lucky Chain is actually pretty good! Not for filling your lucky chain, but keeping it as long as possible. Enemies come in hoards and unless you invest heavily in lucky chain duration, turf lucky chain is your best bet for maintaining lucky chain between hoards! 2. (this take is probably hotter) if you're doing a hacked run, don't use the drone sprinker, particularly on drone builds. I also thought this upgrade seemed super good in theory but next time you use it watch the sprinkler pain and you'll see it doesn't do squat... I'd say burst bombs give more consistent paint then sprinkler! The only time you should use sprinkler in my opinion is that you don't want to invest heavily in a drone build but want the most utility for the least chips, in which case I would say sprinkler is your best bet as it is by far the cheapest thing the pearl drone can do. 3. Main piercing is honestly one of the best abilities in side order, and I'd argue it's the side order equivalent of running 1 sub of quick super jump! Just one upgrade provides so much utility, especially on tri stringer (and slosher,) as it essentially doubles damage output. For weapons like splattershot, dualies, roller, and brush your dps don't grow as dramatically but just one upgrade of main piercing will work wonders against hordes. Wouldn't recommend using on charger and (debatably) blaster. 4. On hackless runs, I'd actually recommend the lunge upgrade on splatana instead of not to use it. It's great for portal dps early on, and in early game it is the smallest investment you can make to save the most ink. Wouldn't recommend it beyond early game though.
Squid Attack is the best upgrade in the game and I will DIE on this hill. Top 3 for me are probably Squid Attack, Piercing, and Poison Ink. The worst is definitely Ink Bottle Drop, I haven't took it and don't plan to.
the two brella chips actually do work with each other. Even though you can't fire off the umbrella with both of them on it does decrease the amount of time it takes to recover the canopy when it's broken. Even when canopy can't be fired
I just want to say that Brella recovery work when you have no launch shield equipped, it decreases its regen time so if your shield breaks you regen it faster whgen you have it out which can be invaluable when you have your no-launch brella shield out and you get swarmed
Max Splat ink recovery perk on charger is so broken, if you combine it with the faster charge speed perk and one chip of homing. You never run out of ink, while doing insane amount of dps at long range. And this is a good method for farming prlz, because all those perks have the same tones. This probably also works with stringer and blaster, but those perks are very common on chargers palette.
Your tier list helped me get the low hacks eight pallet badge. TY so much For those who dont know, you get a secret badge for clearing the 30F Spire with Eights Pallet, using 4 hacks or less (Total of 12 color chips only). Risky Rewards doesnt count as a hack, so you can have it on
Small correction: brella regen does not disable no-launch brella. They work in tandem and at maximum brella regen its practically indestructible, regenerating in less than half a second once broken
I figure Homing shots could be ok on splatana if you can get a charge slash build going. Also, I figure a big difference between with and without hacks is that with a multi-slot pearl drone you get more room for building quantity over quality, which makes the quicker charging bombs better (without really making the specials worse). Especially, with 3 or more different abilities to charge, Drone Batteries become really, really powerful.
Charge storage is good if you manage to get less than 4 chips of charge speed, which isn’t rare, and for the splatling, when combined with mid-fire charge, is absolutely incredible asn you hold the mid fire charge.
In my opinion, I think the knockback chip is similar to the homing shot chip... DON'T get too much of it UNLESS you have the right stuff for it I did a dualies run trying to max out some color chips and only got lucky and support chips, maxing out my knockback. The problem with that was since I didn't have any extra range, faster firing, or damage (including that hack too) everything would get blown back... but NOT die and mess with my lucky chain and splat ink recovery a lot 💀 It probably isn't too bad if you use other pallets (and especially different chips) but personally knockback can be very situational
I think main pierce is incredible. It essentially doubles your DPS immediately against hordes which is massive considering that if you don’t curb them it gets way out of hand. Also, it helps when you’re trying to target the objective but the horde just gets in between you and it. The only weapon that already has built in pierce is Charger but it still clears into S tier for me.
Special Charge Up especially Mobil Special Charge Up is so valuable cause it also works as an ink saver combine it with Splashdown or any quick special & you can 100% do a run with using special only
Pearl drone abilities are so powerful with splat drone gauge. At times the drone is just spamming subs and specials. Although without this chip the drone abilities are definitely not as valuable
You way underestimate the power of splash damage and splash radius. Let’s start off with what counts as an explosion for these things, since it’s way more than you think. Blaster is an explosion, though tri-stringer first charge isn’t (at least, I don’t think so). Burst, suction, splat, fizzy, and curling bomb all count as explosions. Ink mine as well. Reefslider, trizooka, booyah bomb, inkstrike, and triple splashdown are also explosions. Every weapon except tri-stringer (rip) has an explosion attack on its own. Now if you were to think that is all, than you’d be wrong. Enemies that explode on death such as the clam enemies when you shoot the bomb, also count for these buffs. Portal explosion count too, and they can get really big. Lastly, lucky bombs can play off these buffs, and actually cause chain reactions. It’s quite the expansive list. As for the explosion buffs I’d agree explosion knockback is bad. It has use cases as like a burst bomb being a get off me tool or as a crowd displacer, but it’s better to kill the crowd than displace it. Not bad by any means, but outclassed by splash damage You understand splash radius big time. You don’t need much, but a single point is pretty good (100% -> 130%) as as I mentioned before, has plenty of use cases outside of sub weapon. It also increases the paint radius, which is good for things like poison or sticky ink. The extra radius also helps portal explosions chain react and destroy other portals, making those types of levels a joke. Agree that it works best on blaster since that blast radius becomes stupid at max radius, but it’s far from dead weight on other weapons Splash damage is also devastating, and paired with splash radius can take explosion builds to the next level. Sure, 1 chip is only 30%, than another 30%, but that adds up quickly over time, and can quickly lead to obliterating crowds with a bomb or 2 follow by clean up shots. Both splash damage and splash radius are huge on builds around lucky bombs, and lucky bombs already a good chip just as is. The both splash radius and damage i’d argue to be in S tier for the vast amount of things it buffs even outside of weapons and kits
I agree. I actually really like that the general damage feels terrible because it would make builds really boring if it was good. Also, I tend to prefer close over distant damage because I found that it helps you defend yourself better if you're getting swarmed, which is more likely to save your life.
the vending machines always ruin everything for me. They really only give me lucky and pearl drone chips and rarely any others. Not only that but i have also had multiple times where i reroll the darn thing and it gives me the same color chip options for multiple rerolls
Splattling Barrage is not actually more DPS like Main Firing Speed is. It adds more pellets to a single charge, yes, but it also takes twice as long to fire an entire volley when fully charged. The trade off is that no extra ink is consumed when this chip is equippped, but in my experience, fast, high damage shots way outweigh pelting enemies with an extra dozen blobs. I'd put this one near the bottom.
In general this makes splatling as a main weapon kinda weak since it doesn't have a proper firerate chip, which is a shame considering how strong it is.
@@trickygamer555it’s base DPS is pretty good, I wouldn’t quite sleep on splattling. While yea, splattling barrage increases its duration and not fire rate, splattling’s base fire rate is really good. I’d look for ways of dealing more damage and probably a couple points into main piercing. Midfire recharge and charge hold also both also really good utilitys on splattling, and charge hold can hold a partial charge unlike the other charge weapons
As a stamper speedrunner I have to respectfully disagree with lunge attack in C, it is a godsend early on in runs, especially ones where you don’t get much damage up early on. The attack allows you to destroy portals much quicker, and is a fantastic get off me tool against the majority of enemies. It stacks really well with rush atk up as well which stamper likes. It’s usefulness does wane a bit in late game if you don’t have quick charge, but I feel it’s at least S tier for its utility in early/mid game alone.
Hackless and Speedrunning setting are pretty different which i mentioned at the start of the video as this was in context to Hackless and not NG+ Full hacks. 2:03
@@ThatSrb2DUDE I understand that, but I feel as tho Lunge Atk has some overlap in both settings of runs where I personally feels its better than at least C tier. It’s not necessary by any means, but it is a very strong ability from my personal experience. More or less agree with everything but man... the homing shot.... @@trickygamer555can confirm (it’s 9 chips max btw) Max splash damage is like 500% and it turns just about any explosion into death, which can easily combo into other things, such as portal explosions and lucky bombs

Honestly, probably not over other good options. The first point is 70% -> 45% which is huge, but after that the 2nd is 45% -> 30% which isn’t that big of a difference. It also kinda struggles 21+ since lots of enemies will paint the floor easily, example being the big fish having sprinkler enemies on top of them, making stuff like sticky ink or poison not really slow them down due to the sprinkler enemies painting their own feet

I disagree with this list. It does not really reflect how I choose my chips and im feeling like im pretty good at picking the right chips. If I had to guesstimate, about 50% are in the right tier, 35% is one tier off, and the rest is just inaccurate at best. That being said, it's all situational. Though putting explosion radius in B tier is just straight up wrong. It's A tier even without you having any explosions in your kit since it synergizes with lucky bombs and affects enemies that self destruct, allowing you to get some breathing room on crazy stages when you destroy any of the 3 self destructing enemy types. Aside from that, it is S tier if you got a good bomb sub or inkstrike. Or, in slosher's case, both.
Shot spread in C? Can't agree, sorry. I feel like it's a very nice addition to have on shooters and dualies, because for whatever reason they have a massive spread rng Maybe not maxed, but 60% (2 chips) will cut it
Your aim WOULD be more consistent but like i said even with "worse" accuracy you would probably still be hitting the same amount either way if not more in hoards as your shot spread is wider.
One time I went for max range and max fire rate on the splattershot and intentionally grabbed zero shot spread reduction. Max fire rate makes everything good of course, but it was hilariously broken at painting and horde-clearing. (I agree that shot spread reduction is good)
Hey Dude, I really like your videos but the number of inaccuracies really bug me. I’m only half way through the video, and there’s already like 3-4 things that are just wrong. 1. Brella cooldown does not prevent you from getting No-brella-launch and vice-versa 2. Ink bottle drop starts at 1%, not 0% 3. Shot-spread reduction only gets rolled on weapons that can use it. So charger and splatana can’t get that chip. Hopefully you’re not just leaving in these wrong things to draw comments out, and I would enjoy your future videos much more if there weren’t a handful of things that were simply factually wrong.
Had full homing on charger ruined my life. Levels took forever because shots never went to where you want. Aiming at a portal nope curve around and take out enemy. Sisyphus zones? 20 min because the shot literally curves and shoots almost behind you and you have to take 30 shots to cover the zone. HATE HOMING

Play blaster with color bias and get max splash radius and splash damage for booyah bomb it’s actually so fun
@@penguinflames707 actually, Splash Radius does boost the Stringer dart explosions
@@JakoBpyroTech really? Will have to test that out again, and probably splash damage with that
we love when dude uploads
I love it when i upload.
There's more than one of us, oml..
It can more than double the damage on blaster as they can get hit by the piercing direct and blast radius for every enemy you hit
I think brella recovery works good with no launch brella because it makes your brella respawn faster after being broken
Well duh that's how it works
12:15 you actually can pick both
it restores your shield faster when it's gone doesn't matter if you shot it or it got broken
You're wildly underrating piercing. One rank of piercing is essentially double damage on most of the weapons that can get it, plus other side effects like blaster and stringer getting direct + explosion.
I think each pierce halves the damage of the bullet, so 1 chip is like 50% damage if your bullets always hit 2 enemies.
having all the splash radius ones actually goes crazy especially on the floors of defeating enemie orbs cuz those explosions increase aswell and can cause a chain reaction to others if they are close enough.
You can actually get both no launch Brella and Brella shield recovery.
Subs, Specials, Lucky Bombs, enemy explosions, portal explosions, Pearl explosions, it does it all.
Due to Color Chip Saturation Bonus levels there are chances i will run into them which did happen several times in my experience.
Also thanks!
Honestly the sheer comedic power of rush knockback sending everything flying when rolling through a horde should put it a rank higher
Splash radius is AMAZING with the Luna. Outright makes a BOMB.
As a thanks for the main range tip I'll give you a couple that may come in handy in your own runs:
Blast radius and damage also affect the portals so if you get those then those stages become free
the two brella chips actually do work with each other.
Pearl ink strike belongs in X
I feel like splatling barrage should be between quick charge and fire rate as it doesn’t use extra ink like the other fire rate upgrades
Actually you can pick up brella recovery and brella lock. I have done that.
Speed chips are really fun to use with the dullies, especially when you stack extra dodge rolls with dodge roll attack.
TY so much
For those who dont know, you get a secret badge for clearing the 30F Spire with Eights Pallet, using 4 hacks or less (Total of 12 color chips only). Risky Rewards doesnt count as a hack, so you can have it on
uhm actually mobility ink should be s because when you get 5 you literally have infinite ink
Small correction: brella regen does not disable no-launch brella. They work in tandem and at maximum brella regen its practically indestructible, regenerating in less than half a second once broken
Thanks dude, I've been struggling with my hackless octo shot run and need this video!
They’re all good because you can stack them. My favorite is anything that helps sub weapons and tri strike.
DON'T get too much of it UNLESS you have the right stuff for it
I did a dualies run trying to max out some color chips and only got lucky and support chips, maxing out my knockback. The problem with that was since I didn't have any extra range, faster firing, or damage (including that hack too) everything would get blown back... but NOT die and mess with my lucky chain and splat ink recovery a lot 💀
It probably isn't too bad if you use other pallets (and especially different chips) but personally knockback can be very situational
If an enemy falls off the map it counts for the lucky streak I think
I think main pierce is incredible. It essentially doubles your DPS immediately against hordes which is massive considering that if you don’t curb them it gets way out of hand. Also, it helps when you’re trying to target the objective but the horde just gets in between you and it. The only weapon that already has built in pierce is Charger but it still clears into S tier for me.
i was hoping someone would make this kind of tear list. i'll consider this list in future runs.
Special Charge Up especially Mobil Special Charge Up is so valuable cause it also works as an ink saver combine it with Splashdown or any quick special & you can 100% do a run with using special only
Which is why i put canned special and the top since you build it fastest with that. 👌
Pearl drone abilities are so powerful with splat drone gauge. At times the drone is just spamming subs and specials. Although without this chip the drone abilities are definitely not as valuable
I had a run with a bunch of rush attack and my Ultra Stamp/Squid Roll was doing 10k per swing/ Roll. Also full Lucky Chain is 99
You way underestimate the power of splash damage and splash radius. As for the explosion buffs
I’d agree explosion knockback is bad. It has use cases as like a burst bomb being a get off me tool or as a crowd displacer, but it’s better to kill the crowd than displace it. Not bad by any means, but outclassed by splash damage
You understand splash radius big time. Agree that it works best on blaster since that blast radius becomes stupid at max radius, but it’s far from dead weight on other weapons
Splash damage is also devastating, and paired with splash radius can take explosion builds to the next level.
I Dont know how you put the general damage upgrade in the same tier as distant and close damage, for me the general is so ass 💀
I agree. I actually really like that the general damage feels terrible because it would make builds really boring if it was good. Also, I tend to prefer close over distant damage because I found that it helps you defend yourself better if you're getting swarmed, which is more likely to save your life.
Hackless, but with Pearl Drone upgrades? The ones you need hacks to unlock?
I was thinking the same thing lol
You can get that in bonus runs when they give random upgrades .
Due to Color Chip Saturation Bonus levels there are chances i will run into them which did happen several times in my experience.
@@ThatSrb2DUDEStill rating them seems pointless in a hackless context since you cannot even pick them

the vending machines always ruin everything for me. They really only give me lucky and pearl drone chips and rarely any others. Not only that but i have also had multiple times where i reroll the darn thing and it gives me the same color chip options for multiple rerolls
11:48 pretty sure those weapons dont get offered shot spread reduction at all
Splattling Barrage is not actually more DPS like Main Firing Speed is.
Midfire recharge and charge hold also both also really good utilitys on splattling, and charge hold can hold a partial charge unlike the other charge weapons
even for charger, i find homing more of a hindrance than a buff
I am so happy you put lucky bombs in X rank
I do respect your view tho as I imagine hackless does make it so that it’s not as much of a priority with the lack of the 2x damage hack.
More or less agree with everything but man... the homing shot.... I can't tell you how many times in my sniper run where I would try to hit something off in the distance (mainly enemy snipers) and my shot would go to a random enemy a few feet in front of me. LIKE GIRLIES IM TRYING TO KILL THE ACTUALLY THREATENING ENEMY!!! I could understand if someone with bad aim finds it helpful but as someone who uses snipers as one of their mains, it is SOOO evil. Rush attack is so broken, I had a run with rush attack maxed out ( I was playing with brush so I can get data for it). It makes the hammer special so broken that I was able to just beat smollusk that easily.
Rush attack I think has 10 levels. ALL chips that have 10 levels are broken when maxed out, cuz it's so unlikely to happen.
@@trickygamer555can confirm (it’s 9 chips max btw)

Um a little off topic but can u do a tearing it up with hydra? I struggle with the weapon
Max combo is 99, and if the rule is fixed (10 equals drop times 2 20 times 3 etc) it would be drops times 10
10:47 you forgot to talk about sticky ink, is it worth having more than 1 chip?

Splatana is the best regularly. Drone battery drop and any drone ability is broken. 💀
Shot spread in C?
Can't agree, sorry. I feel like it's a very nice addition to have on shooters and dualies, because for whatever reason they have a massive spread rng
Maybe not maxed, but 60% (2 chips) will cut it
Your aim WOULD be more consistent but like i said even with "worse" accuracy you would probably still be hitting the same amount either way if not more in hoards as your shot spread is wider.
40% is enough.
1. Brella cooldown does not prevent you from getting No-brella-launch and vice-versa
2. Ink bottle drop starts at 1%, not 0%
I’d be willing to help with proofreading your scripts/notes if you want some help
It feels so illegal to be early 😭

Had full homing on charger ruined my life. Levels took forever because shots never went to where you want. Aiming at a portal nope curve around and take out enemy. Sisyphus zones? 20 min because the shot literally curves and shoots almost behind you and you have to take 30 shots to cover the zone. HATE HOMING
That's rough.
That's why you don't max the chip out. 1 level is enough, 2 or more and it starts taking over your aim.
🤓Erm, actually if you have no hacks equipped you cant get two of the color chips
As a fellow hackless runner i think Rush Knockback is a lot better in my opinion

Yeah mainly because you can kill 2 enemies with and get two Canned Special drops and have a special ready to go right in front of you.
